Pharmacist and staff extremely kind, fast, and helpful. They are knowledgable with rare conditions and off label use. He went out of his way to help me when I was struggling to fill my much needed medication at another pharmacy. For those frustrated with Amelia Island Walgreens going out of their way NOT to help you, this is the perfect alternative! I cannot thank them enough for myself and my patients!

Appreciate the Pharmacy staff for working with me during difficult times when I wasn't feeling well. They would go out of their way to make adjustments. The general floor staff has always been kind and courteous. Grateful for all, Mary Jane

The Manager Crystal hung up on me as I was crying, because I asked her how she slept at night denying people their money back, to buy vital medication they need. Cruel and heartless. She should be fired. They messed up my prescription and refused to refund me my money to go buy it somewhere else and I can't afford to buy it again. She kept lying and changing the excuses once I debunked them. All thos after they made me wait 4 days to fill it bevauae they kept insisting they didn't have it and it was an error on my Doctors end, when jn fact it was their system issues the whole time .Horrible experience!!! I will never go back!!!

Only gave me 1 of my 2 prescriptions then marked the order as complete. Then tried to tell me and my wife I only had the 1 prescription. Resulting in us having to get a whole new prescription from the hospital for my medication. I had to wait over 36 after a major surgery to get my medication. They are either incompetent or liars both of which are unacceptable.

I mainly go here for a certain face powder no one else has and photo products, little other things here and there if I’m already in the area. Photo stuff has always been great quality prints, even the much larger items such as banners. There was an instance where I had ordered a vinyl banner and it was originally printed on a card stock. I immediately called when I realized and they instantly made me the correct banner! There’s a girl who’s worked here for awhile who I get a kick out of and we talk about studio ghibli and conventions and we always make random compliments at each other. I love her. Keep her and give her a raise. ?

Gia the pharmacy Tech has been extremely helpful. My meds were ordered to the wrong walgreens by my doctor and she got them here and had them filled in like 10 minutes. Gia is an absolute rockstar, promote her or give her a raise.

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. It took them more than 3 hours to fax my script to another pharmacy and they seemed annoyed when I called them to follow up.

Just transferred my RX's to Walgeens from Publix. Staff super nice and respectful..unlike Publix where rudeness and don't caring is the norm.

The pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. Very slow. The tech was annoyed and was rolling her eyes when she had to mix up my child's liquid antibiotics and was obnoxious when she told me there was a charge to flavor the medication which I could have cared less about. She made sure to move as slowly as she could. Don't work there if it's too much trouble for you to mix a med for a customer. Worst Walgreens service I have ever encountered. Also I wanted to mention that that was not my only negative experience with the pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Hours say they are open until 9pm. Had to get an emergency prescription filled and doors were locked when I arrived at 8:45pm. They should change their signage if they aren't actually open until 9.
