Quite rude, middle aged lady works here. Gives off "I'll call the cops on your lemonade stand" energy. And yes, before you ask, she was.Based off other reviews, people have had issues with staff being "horrible" (7mo ago) "degrading" (1mo ago) and "not very sociable" (2wk ago) as well. So much for southern hospitality.Looks like her name was either "Michelle/Shelley" or "Debra", though personally would've guessed Karen.

Soncel is trash. Beware of shady office workers. They are fully prepared to give you the run around.they won't give you any information that you ask for such as rental lists and I'm sure their service matches the subpar community. Embarrassing...

Called today for an update or some more information about an application that was submitted. Phone was answered by a Debra and I have never been treated more poorly by someone in this service. She was degrading and extremely rude. I suggest anyone takes their business to any of the the neighboring realtors and rental property agencies in the area. This business is a joke if that how they treat their customers for simple questions.

I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I find it's okay. I live right at the treeline and I have snake's. They come up to my door, at my front window. Animals dye in the bushes. I was told I'm responsible for the back yard (who's responsible for the side yard), but no one does anything about the leaves,tree straw, or branches that fall. I exterminate every month. I'm being priced out cause I'm retired and on a fixed income. I don't know what I'm going to do next year. I don't want to move but they don't move you into a different place at your rent, but at the new highest rent. So I can't transfer my apartment. I guess I'll be amongst the homeless. It's pitch black at night, the light on the building is dull and the light in the parking lot doesn't work at all. Just fix and clean things and stop raising the rent on the excellent tenants for a couple years. Give them a break.

We moved here from Orlando Florida in December Shelley and the staff was very helpful the application process was fast didn't have to wait long for an available place to live and when I bring in the rent check every month they always greet me with a smile and always Pleasant we have been so happy here the homes are spacious and it feels like home look forward to living here for a long time

Miss Shelly is the best...her and her team actually work with you...I lived here for over 3yrs ....I don't want to move but they are building more houses in my area. So I know our rent will go up. I just can't afford that in my budget right now with my disabled teen. I wish it don't go up because I really love my unit. But anyway Soncel Teammates please keep up the great up.(122)

Just moved in here and the unit was immaculatly clean! Everything was in good working order, I noticed a small leak under a sink and they had a repairman come fix it in 15 minutes! So happy to have moved in here! Awesome spacious units with tons of storage and the kitchen is great more than enough room for my inner chef to stow all my appliances:).
