Scheduled a Saturday 10 am oil change on Thursday. Showed up at 9:30 and the counter rep didn't even look me up in the computer. Took down my information and my key.I walked over to waffle house and came back around 10:15 and it's still in the same spot I parked it. Around 11 they took it back and within 10 minutes they came out and claimed the rotors on my truck were the wrong size. Keep in mind I've changed my oil here 3 times before this one with no mention of this. I said how would you know if my rotors were the wrong size and the lady went back into the shop for a moment and came back saying her lead tech and another tech both say they are wrong. She actually said some people prefer it that way... At 12:15 when they were done I took it immediately to the Dodge dealer and had it inspected and they tell me my rotors are the exact ones that belong on my truck. They were probably trying to sell you new rotors.
The price for the oil change is hard to beat. 86.00 for full synthetic with a tire rotation and multi point inspection, as long as you know they aren't very quik and they don't stay in their lane.

Maintenance on our cars is done here. Had minor tire indicator issue, called, was told to bring car in.
Did so, they fixed the issue in very little time; must say that it appeared to be quite busy at this time.
Gotta tip my hat on their services, really made it a comfortable experience!

Not really that great. I took my uncle's truck in for an oil change a few weeks ago and they took 2 hours from the time I handed the keys to the time I got them back. I took my car in recently for an inspection. I was told my serpentine belt "looked a little worn" and told the tech I replaced in less than a month ago to which he scoffed. He told me, and wrote on the report, that my "TRANSMISSION was seeping" (fluid was leaking) and pointed at DIRT ON THE DIFFERENTIAL (this was a rwd sports car, the trans & diff were obviously separate). At this point I went along with it and could barely contain myself... needless to say, they love to waste time and don't know too much about the vehicles they're working with.

I have to say I have had the best experiences with Quick Lane!! I just recently moved to the area and not only did they do the work I needed for half the price of another place down the road, but the customer service is amazing and I will definitely continue to use them!! Highly recommend!!

We were on a family road trip to TN when we heard a loud clapping noise from the front passenger side of our car. After calling several local place around I95 and being told they couldn’t fit us in I called Quicklane. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and helpful. I was told they’d get us right in. After arriving we went to lunch and the vehicle was fixed and ready to go by the time we came back. Thank you so much for your quick and amazing service. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!

My tire psi went down quite a bit compared to my other tires so I went ahead and put air in it. The next morning I noticed the psi went down AGAIN so I thought I ran over a nail. When I checked, my assumption was correct, it wasn’t a nail but a good sized screw. Luckily it was in there pretty good and the psi didn’t go lower than 25. I took it into Quick Lane and they patched the tire up for FREE! They were short 4 people but I was in and out in less than 2 hours. (Understandable considering the circumstances) Greatly appreciated and grateful. They are all so kind here. Thank you guys so much!

I came to Quicklane at Murray ford based on a friends recommendation. I was leaving town for a long road trip and my first road trip alone to visit family. I entered the lobby and was unsure what to do and approached the desks where an old man was behind the desk occupied by his phone and a younger lady who was obviously very busy. The man said nothing but the girl atleast addressed me and said she would help me as soon as she could. She was very busy and the other old man remained on his phone. Very shortly after a big guy named Andy came into the lobby and immediately assisted me. He explained there was a bit of a wait but would make sure I was taken care of as quick as possible. I sat in the lobby watching Andy whom I learned was the service manager and the other girl consistently busy and helping customers etc. while the apparent store manager Brian? Remained on his cell phone. In the 2 hours I patiently waited Andy and I learned Ciara were constantly moving while the other so called managers was standing around the garage looking at the ceiling or his phone. My car was finally parked and Andy called me to the counter where he very professionally explained my car was well looked over and in good condition as well as he had my tires filled and checked and fluids topped off. Andy gave me the comfort and reassurance I was ready for my trip! Because of his service I will absolutely return for anything my car needs when I get home. Thank you Andy!

A little too quick. Took in my vehicle for an oil change to see if they would be my new mechanic destination, but after my experience, I can say not likely. Had tire balance issues after my visit. Went back in to repair issue and was told my tires were bad. On oil change visit I was told tires were good. I told them I didn't want to spend much on tires and their lowest price was nearly $900. Another shop is pricing out $600.
Also, the girl with tattoos and dark hair has an attitude I don't care for. Everyone else was a pleasure to deal with.

I have no complaint in the way the mechanics fixed my vehicle.They did a wonderful job. Otherwise, my service agent and the management are horrible people.They have no empathy for anybody who needs help. The lack of communication and sarcasm was not taken very well. Furthermore, they disconnected my sound system and expected me to pay somebody another couple $100 to reconnect it. I think they should reimburse me since I paid them so much to fix my van.
