He helped me to create a new one, and didn't even charge me for the new one since I had already paid for the first set that were wrong! And the 2nd set came out so much better!! “I had an issue with a specific rx. that I wasn't able to get filled at Publix. no fault of theirs. However before we found this info out they called and spent an hour on the phone with my insurance company and found out this Rx had to be filled at Wal Greens .. We went back and forth between doctor and insurance Co for about 2 weeks before approval was done.. Walgreens filled it.. And the Pharmacist even called me the next day to make sure I received my meds which he did not have to do.. The definitely went way above and beyond to help me.. Thank you!!!”
