Nvr been to this store before...battery died 4 miles away at a gas station. Showed up, no invoice, no battery. They pulled my purchase from NC, handed me the battery (with out the bad one in hand)...Uber'd back to my car...replaced battery and drove back and handed them the bad battery. Fantastic customer service from everyone I interacted with. BIG THANK YOU

I went to this location today because I thought I needed a new battery. I dealt with a guy named Jake.. he came out and asked what was going on? So I proceeded to tell him, so he hooked up to the battery and said “Batteries good” so I said “ok.. how is it good when I just had to be jumped off?” He then flips the little screen around to show me that it is “good” and I said “ I’m not saying you’re wrong I’m just trying to understand” after standing there for what seemed like an eternity in total silence, I had to ask him what could have happened? He was so condescending and rude, I just said “thanks” and he walked off. This is the reason why women aren’t comfortable doing these types of things and I won’t be going back.

I stopped in this store this morning to get a new battery for my key fob to my car. Rob was the one who assisted me. He went above and beyond customer service. I was telling him how I was worried about not being able to unlock my car because my key fob was dead and there wasn't a place on my car on the door to unlock it. He said yes ma'am there is, then showed me a video on how to access the hidden feature my car has and walked out to my car to show me where it was on my door. I truly appreciate this and his customer service

Great store. We had an annoying windshield wiper so we stopped. Andrew came out in the rain and fixed it in minutes. They are all super friendly and their goal is to help you. This is my go to auto parts store from here on out. Andrew is awesome!
