“This was our second time using Hippo for a move and storage. Jamie, in the office, is awesome to work with. She is precise, accommodating and reassuring. The young men that packed us out and delivered our good we're gentle with our items and we're very polite. It only took a few minutes of their services to realize we did not have to be concerned regarding our belongings. As a final note, a day or so after delivery, we realized we were missing a ladder. We stopped in to see if there was any chance they found a stray ladder. Jamie, without hesitation, went back to the cubicles to check for us. Sure enough, it was simply overlooked up against a wall.
