Hi today my morning started like shit . I got a flat on my way to work . I called two store and the waits were crazy. However when I called mavis Jeffery was able to get me right In and out . If your ever in need of a tire , patch or brakes definitely got here

We just bought a new car yesterday and today we were traveling and lo and behold, we ran over something and had a flat tire. After pulling over and changing it to the donut, we found Mavis Tire in Kingsland which was the next exit. They repaired the tire very quickly and didn’t charge us anything! It was on the house since we had just bought the car. We were so surprised and grateful. Thank you, Mavis Tires, for such great service and for being so caring!

On 9/19/24 I was riding thru walmart parking lot heading to a clients home when I noticed my tire making an usual noise. I called Mavis which was located nearby, they told me to bring it on up. Within an hour I was out the door and I was ? please with my service!! The tire had a nut and bolt in it.

Every time I go to a Mavis Tire I get great service and great customer satisfaction. This time I was traveling with my RV and my valve stem broke. Kenny and Jeff took care of me they replaced the valve stem. They gave me a couple extra and didn't charge me a thing. What a great group of guys. No more Walmart I only go to Mavis Tire.

Mavis was able to get me an appointment for Friday September 20th at 5pm. Told me they would call me by 6 with the details on the problem with my car and have a quote ready. Never heard from them. Waited until 9am the next day to give them a call, where they told me they were just moving my car into the bay to be seen. Okay, no problem. Things happen and they must have gotten behind. Fast forward 3 hours, still nothing. Call them again. They tell me it’s the inner tie rod and they’re trying to locate a part, they’d have a manager call me back within an hour. Another 3.5 hours go by, I call them again. “Oh well it’s been ready. We couldn’t get a part, you’ll have to take it to the dealership.” I guess that’s fine, things happen. Side note for late; Every time I called they went by what kind of car it was, not my name.
I get there to pick it up. Come to find out I never received a phone call because they had my car under another name and phone number. Someone I have NEVER heard of. What if that person had shown up and taken my car? If you’re running a business where you expect customers to entrust them with their vehicles, maybe take better inventory of who drops them off. The same lady I left my car with was the same lady I picked it up from, and she was confused on how it happened. Yet she’s the one who did the intake on it.
Thankfully nothing happened to my car. But I’ll never go back to Mavis again.

Spoke with Sean on the phone to schedule my tire repair! Sean was extremely professional and made everything very straightforward. I came in and the people working front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hospitality and customer service were 10/10! MUST go again!

I bought 4 tires and brought my vehicle in about a year later due to it shaking at high speeds. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem to be defective tires. Even though I hadn’t purchased the extended warranty, Roger replaced all 4 tires with Goodyears and I only had to pay a nominal difference in price. He also through in the extended warranty. I was so relieved! Thanks Roger and Jeff for taking care of your customers!

I am extremely grateful to Mavis Tire and Jeff there! I had just bought a brand new car the week before and unfortunately I got a screw in my tire. I took it up there and they were able to squeeze me in and get my tire fixed for me. There was a bit of a wait, but I walked in with no appointment and they were fully booked and had other walk-ins that had come in previously, so I didn’t mind the wait at all!
The fact that they took the time to do this for me and squeeze me in shows not only how great this place is, but that they actually care about people.
