“I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store. I arrived with two minutes until closing with MULTIPLE Amazon returns. The associate (Madison) did not display any frustration, even though she knew she would be working later than anticipated. I had also accidentally downloaded an incorrect QR code, and Madison helped me obtIn the correct one.
While Madison was helping me, I overheard a woman who the other associate was helping (Via) being extremely disrespectful and rude. Via remained professional and assertive through the interaction.
I also had a very critical medical document that needed to be printed in color. I told both woman I completely understood if the could not, due to it being well past closing. Without skipping a beat, Via handed me the card with the email address. Via printed the forms I needed.
I normally do not leave reviews, and when I do, they are not this long. However, in a world that consistently becomes more self centered, rushed, and distracted, Via and Madison went above and beyond. We need more of them in this world!”
