Two stars because this location is cleaner than some of the others, but otherwise this location has terrible customer service. Everytime I shop there the coupons/sales NEVER ring up the same as they do when I make a list in the app prior to shopping to ensure I'm doing the order correctly. ( Yes I assigned the correct location) Sometimes they will be nice and uphold what the app shows, but other times like today they won't even explain to me why my total was $17 using the app, but $25 in store!? The lady was just rude about it and very dismissive. The only reason I was purchasing those items was because I could get the sale. I ended up paying because there were others behind me, but I feel cheated.

I don't know if the lady that I just encountered was the manager or not,but she's nasty as hell. I'm trying to check out because no one's at the register and she's got a attitude rolling her neck talking about she's doing something else acting like a straight white hood booger. I hope she don't come in contact with someone that has an attitude as bad as hers her customer service is horrible.
