Tried KBB Instant Cash Offer, made an appointment with Shanelle. When I got there Shanelle wouldn't come out she was on the phone, Matt who was very helpful tried to help me, the manager said we won't buy that old of a vehicle. Bennett never should have been included in the cash offer of KBB if they had no intention of buying my vehicle.

Slated the wrong business on here last week for services performed on my jeep .I should have given a bad review to the dealer who sold me the wheels, not Bennett ...they have never let me down either with service or sales

I had my doubts at first about shopping here, but I would like to say a higher power was in control. My previous 3500 was giving me issues and even though it was fully warrantied, I was coming out the pocket for service fees☹️. So, while I was at Bennett waiting on service I figured enough was enough, and started looking. Previous truck was from Arlington Dealership in Jax ?. Well God geared me towards Jason Young. Not only did we find out we were from the same neck of the woods, he knew my father-in-law and had done business with him working as a cellphone dealer. Long story short, I got the best customer service I've ever experienced. Also, I walked away with a new 3500. God works in mysterious ways. Jason you are the best and I will certainly direct anyone your way. Thank you for getting me rolling in time for a busy week I have. 10 ⭐ rating can't cut it.

My van broke down in Woodbine, Ga on the way to Disney on a Saturday. Bennett Chrysler in Kingsland, GA was the closest dealer so I had it towed there after getting a rental. Kimber called me Monday early to get more information and Zack updated me every step of the repair process. My van was fixed by Wed, picked it up Fri on the way to NC and got my family home with no issues. Highly recommend this dealership!

When it comes to maintenance and getting my new set of tires, I highly recommend the service here. I worked with Luke from the day I needed to get tires to the day I got them put on, and his service is on point. I always get my oil changed here as well! I never had a bad experience with the service department! Keep up the great work all!

Had an issue with my Jeep and found out the issue was because of a recent recall. Other surrounding Jeep dealers were booked up for the next 2-4 weeks. Called Bennett service dept and they told me to bring it in and the work was completed by 2 pm that day. Definitely 5 star customer service and they have gained a loyal customer.

Julia was absolutely amazing, she sold me a Jeep Wrangler that fit my budget and she wasn't pushy! Coming from a background working at a dealership in Minnesota this was important to me. ( Before to coming to Benett I had a terrible experience with another carsalesman and I walked away. Also FYI centerprise car sales WILL NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM NAVY FEDERAL.) Julia was super supportive and informative. She was honest with me about my purchase, and really looked for what I wanted that stayed in my budget. I had a very smooth and comfortable experience with her as my carsalesman. 10/10 would recommend her again and again!

My husband needed some work done on his Ram. When I went in to speak with the service department about the issue, they were extremely professional and courteous. Kimber and Zach are a great asset to the service department they take their time explain everything to you and if you do not understand something, they take the time to help you understand what the process is. I didn’t buy my car from Bennett but with the convenience of them being so close, they do all my routine maintenance. Kimber and Zach both are fantastic and make sure I am always taken care of whether it’s reminding me about the importance of tire rotation, to getting me the proper oil ordered for my oil changes. Highly recommend them both in service!
Although I stated I did not buy my current car from them, I did look at several cars and could not make up my mind. Jason Young was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me, I looked for several weeks before deciding to keep my current car. I will now recommend him for ALL car sales, with his knowledge of the vehicles he is selling, he will truly get you into the right fit for your needs.
