“My experience was very positive. In light of Hurricane Milton looming in the the distance, it didn't prevent Eric Wandall from providing expedient, exemplary service to me and my concerns. Unfortunately, my truck began to experience minor issues a few days after I had surgery, so that impacted me in more ways than one. “Kings Bay Honda has an incredible staff and facility. I took my 2021 Rubicon in with 4wd issues that a previous dealer could not seem to work out after 3 weeks. Little did I know I should have been going to Kings Bay Honda the whole time!!! The tech had the issues figured out in less than 48 hours. Ordered the part and repaired it right away. Tennille in service is outstanding at her job and her communication with the tech is great. This will be the only place I take my Honda for service or to buy new Honda’s from here on out.”

“Eric at Bennett Chevy was my savior when my transmission went out on i95, 4 miles from the service dept on a Friday afternoon. I was traveling from NC alone with my daughter and still had 4 hours to get to my Mom in Florida. As I was crying on the side of the road, he calmed me down and told me who I needed to call for rental car and got the transmission guy to come in and confirm and by Monday afternoon, they had a brand new Transmission in my Suburban. I will be forever thankful for Eric and the Bennett service dept for taking such good care of my daughter and I. I can not even write a review as nice is how they treated me. 5 STARS”
“Roger good honest people. I've known Roger over 20 years. He does excellent top quality body and paint work. State of the art equipment from paint booth to frame straightening machine. Auto gets in and out in fair amount of time. Roger works with your insurance company and won't let your insurance company take advantage of you. If I could give a 10 star review I'd give Roger's shop an eleven star. The your vehicle to see gedeon auto body care and you will never go anywhere else. “This place was amazing! Customer service was top notch. They did everything to make sure my car got fixed and put back together after a finder bumper. They said it would take a month upfront, which it took a little longer. However, that was due to my insurance company continuously messing up on their end. They were very pleasant to speak with on a daily basis. They texted or called about once a week to let me know the update! I will forever recommend this place.”
“After a semi tire lost a tire and hit my car, I had to have it fixed. They were extremely kind and efficient. My insurance co delayed getting there to assess it, but the body shop had all my parts ready to go when they finally came. They did a great job making it look like new again, and got it done quick. “Picked up a bolt in my tire on the way to Jacksonville the night before the UGA/UF game. Pulled into Tire Kingdom an hour before closing. They promptly assessed the damage, and put a new tire on. They communicated well and were very kind. Overall a very positive experience, and would recommend to friends and family.”
