Great rooms, and really spacious. Everything was clean and up to date but the fact that there was ample sitting room, and bedroom space was appreciated. Great place to stay if you're traveling, like we were, and retired or active duty.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was nothing to write home about, but it met my needs. Friendly staff. The only letdown about the room was an iron that didn't work. I would definitely stay anytime I am in town, but don't mistake it for a luxury hotel. Additionally, there was no good breakfast option except McDonald's, and it was under renovation.

They need to fix their televisions. The backlights on every TV I have used here are all turned off and make them unusable except in the pitch black. I stay here roughly once a month and can say this has been for every room so far, maybe 10 or 12 rooms.

Everything was so clean. The check in was quick and efficient. We felt very safe being able to stay on base.

I’ve stayed in several better NGIS locations. This one has terrible internet that goes out all the time. The cable isn’t working either, which makes it difficult to have any sort of in-room entertainment when you want to relax. If you have the option (I don’t this time based on TDY orders), don’t stay here. It’s not worth your money. Stay somewhere else with better features and worth your hard earned dollars. Don’t stay at this dump. The staff however are friendly and helpful. They can only do so much, but always have a smile on their face and are willing to assist you at all hours of the day/night.

Good spot if you're staying in base. Service was good and room comfortable. Nothing fancy, but plenty of space.

Very clean, provided a needed hot shower and restful sleep on the way up the East Coast.

One of the best beds I've slept on along with the sheets only thing that could have been more desirable was the hvac system in our unit was not working correctly

Not the nicest hotel but it was very inexpensive for what they offered. The base gym is a short walk away and the galley even shorter. I had limited options for where I stayed and considering the distance to work this was acceptable. There was a lot of space in the room, a separate living room and bedroom. The air conditioning was great and there was a small mini fridge.Unfortunately I will probably be back to this location if working in the area again.

There was hardly anyone at hotel, but the hotel's good idea was to put everyone in rooms next to each other. The ceiling fan in bedroom barely worked. There was a light out on light fixture in family room area. The TV in bedroom was fuzzy. Then something happened to ac. We all got letters saying they were working issue. Not once did they offer guests another room. Lastly, I asked for a checkout at noon instead of 1100. The hotel said ok. Several of us in our class asked for late check out. Hotel turns off our key cards at 1030. Went to front desk. Lady at counter had ZERO CARE. She supposedly turned my card back on, but I had to go back to front desk again because room card wouldn't work. What a joke!!

My kid got ate up by something on the pull out bed, and that was our sheet in our bed on the first picture. We never slept on our bed after we went in and seen that we slept on the floor.
