I recently worked out at The MWR Fitness Center. As a Military Retiree Spouse, I appreciate the freedom and privilege to be able to utilize this Facility. This Center is clean and very spacious. There are several separated areas to choose from. There is a separate room for squat racks and dead lifts. Plenty of free weights and lot of machines. Two aerobic rooms with treadmills and bikes. This facility has a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, walking trails and racquetball courts. They also have a basketball court. Of course there are men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers. I enjoy working out here, the staff is friendly. I recommend the facility if you have access to the Base.

It is an excellent gym with a great staff. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that some of the patrons seem to not care about putting equipment back where it belongs, sometimes I feel like I am picking up after children. That is unacceptable for a military facility, where I would expect better discipline.

Love the variety of equipment, the different rooms for different equipment, the room for families. They offer classes, there’s a gorgeous swimming pool, locker rooms with saunas. Very clean, extraordinarily helpful people!

Good place for a quick workout. Would love to see more classes offered and maybe child care thrown into the mix. Staff are friendly.

Gym is great, many Types of equipment and its maintained well, Only thing is the time of the pool being open. Basically if your busy first half of the day you won't be able to use it.
