The girl was not helping at all. I received more help from the foreign customer service rep on the phone. But that's why I am leaving their service. Infact, even Comcast xfinity knows the Americans who work for them, don't want to work, that is why their call center is over seas. Good luck if you go to this location. I only go in store to return equipment.

We just moved from Florida, and we needed the internet service to be installed asap since our kids go to school remotely. We walked into this location and immediately you can feel that the team working there is a unified team. Aalyiah greeted us and asked if she can be of any assistance. She went up and beyond to assist us with our need without being pushy. We work in the customer service industry, and even commissioned associates don’t bother to give a satisfying service. Thank you Aaliyah for being great and assisting us joining Xfinity family.

Terrible, no help and lazy. When I began asking about an issue I was having with my router the girl interrupted me and just said "call." She also gave me wrong cables and Ive been without internet for almost 2 weeks because me nor my fiance have time to go fix her mistake. You need Xfinity? Go to the store in Acworth because they actually care.The amount of braincells, intelligence, and dignity in that store is equivalent to a single third grader who sniffs glue.

Me and my and Husband went to the Kennesaw location and switched over phones. And we were told by Latangela and the Manager that we had 50 days to return the phones because we were unhappy with the service. She changed our Wifi on her own and we did not ask her to do that. So when i returned the phones she said we were good on the returns, then later that day she text my husband stating that we could not return the phones now. I feel that they are giving false information and we contacted the 1-800 number as well and they stated that it was the location that is doing this. We don't want the phones and we want credit back to our account. And we have 2 witnesses that said the same thing. If this does not get handled i will go to corporate. And this is the Kennesaw Location in Ga.

The staff at the branch were wonderful. But the boxes we got are not hooking to the internet or cable service. We've been without services for FOUR days and the 1800 number jumps you through so many hoops to 1) either say they'll call you back in 10 minutes - 4 days later we're still waiting or 2) the bot just doesn't understand the problem and hangs up on you. (Everything is hooked up, but not getting any signal from the company.)I understand NO Company wants to hire phone technicians, but you should have. Way to talk to a live person - always! I am beginning to regret using Comcast/Xfinity for my provider with this move.

Horrible experience,I was defrauded. Was sold a promotion and now I have to pay for it. Be careful about promotions. They make you pay for mistakes that was committed by them.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait in line for 25+ minutes and then be greeted by rude staff who roll their eyes the whole time that you’re talking to them. Horrible service

Today my boyfriend and I came in to switch our phone service from T-Mobile to Xfinity and we had a great experience with Colby. I really had my heart set on the Gold iphone 14 pro max and he said he wasn’t sure if there were any stock because that is a sought after color. His coworker said “I’ll save you the walk and tell you there are none back there.” But he went and checked anyway and there was one! It totally made my day! I am so glad he didn’t just take his coworkers word and actually went to check! He made the process quick (as far as this sort of stuff usually goes) and was very helpful!
