I contacted customer service to cancel my internet service, and the representative offered to lower my bill as an incentive to stay. They mentioned I could further reduce my monthly payment to $50 if I accepted a free iPad, which sounded like a great deal since I'm currently paying over $80. However, this turned out to be completely false, and I feel misled by their offer. Very disappointing experience.

Please know before reading this I'm aware that the personnel at this branch is not individually responsible for this. However, management at the store should make an effort to push back on these bad business practices detailed in the following review. After cancelling my service and telling me I had 30 days to return a Wi-Fi router. Following this 2 days after cancelling I received a call informing me that I was late on returning the router. I was confused since I planned on return the router the week after I cancelled the service since I was out of town. They warned me that I could be charged up to 250 dollars for the router. But they told me I had to return it as soon as possible at a local branch. I told them I'd have it to them in 3 days when I got back from my trip. I return the router and then 1 week later I receive another calling warning me I'm late on returning the router despite having returned it. The best part is I know they just throw the routers away as was confirmed to me by a friend that works with Comcast. So in the aftermath of a hurricane in the area Comcast is looking to fleece people for Wi-Fi routers that they don't even keep. Classy. Please look for competition if possible.

I'm a fan of professionalism. The young lady that helped me pay my bill was great however, the big wide back man that works with her is not it. Jumping in our conversation and repeating what she literally just said like I don't have ears of myself Is very sassy & Unprofessional. Be a better face for Verizon honey. The towers are down, our phones aren't working, the last thing we want to do is have somebody getting slick at the mouth when we're trying to get help.

I was lied to about ALL OF THIS: landlines being free, my internet plan is 1000 mps download speed and they didn't tell me it's only 1 Tb a month. I go live on social media every single day so that was messed up to lie about. They told me I would get a military discount...lie. There are promotions but no discount. They said peacock would be free. WRONG it's just a discount of $2 freaking dollars. It took 1 hour on the phone with customer service to get all of that. Terrible location. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Arrived 10 minutes after close. All good that they wouldn't serve me. But there were 4 employees in the store and when I knocked on the door they all stared at me and wouldn't even say they're closed or shake their heads. Just kept tossing their hair and looking at me.

I went in to get the wifi set up for my new apartment and Denise walked me through the whole process. She was very nice and accommodating when I didn’t understand certain parts. Thank you for the help!

I usually have great service with Xfinity customer service over the phone, but when I went in to speak to a rep (who was very polite)- the manager interfered a lot. She was not helpful and was very nonchalant/rude. She was even very rude to the rep that was working with me.
