The Taxwise account reps are careless once you make the purchase their is no onboarding assistance. They don't return calls or emails unless it's to make a purchase.

Worked for this company for about 4 months. Immediately I knew this was one of those “what happens here stays here” company by the second month I start to notice Timothy C. one of the leads started to introduced very inappropriate culture into the company group chat, considering we were work from home at that time. Time passed and I realized this is how they operate under this one persons old fashioned southern ways. So one day Tim wanted to insinuate he was being discriminatory towards me. Being so young with this being my first real “career” type of job I overlooked it. However I regret doing so. A week later I was fired. And the only reason they could give me was I took a hour break instead of 30 minutes after they changed the break times due to the tax season slowing down. Moral of the story, this company is great to work with just not at the Kennesaw location where the culture is set and people are stuck in their prejudice ways. You will waste your time trying to become a full time employee over the favorite “temps” they already have.

I could't leave my comment without giving you a star but honestly I want to give a negative 5 stars. Our tax company has used this company over the past 25 years and the service continues to decline over the last few years. There is absolutely no customer service skills and no accountability. I called at least 100 times in the last 2 weeks and was given 100 different answers for the same issue. They lack knowledge of the software or employees who know how to communicate resolutions. They also listen to respond and not to hear, giving you generic answers that usually don't fit your problem. Horrible service and business values.

This branch is on its last leg. The directors are a joke they let their emotions dictate business decisions causing them to lose talent. I give it four more years tops

I’m a student who purchased the wrong book. I’ve been calling for two day and no one answers the phone or the livechart. If I could add pictures to show you how long I’ve been waiting I would. I’ve been waiting on the phone for 2 hours.

Service used to be amazing. NOw the wait times are longer then I get bounced and bounced again until I end up getting disconnected and they don't call back. My account rep does not respond to my emails and his supervisor does not answer the phone or return my calls. They have all of the upper management phone numbers very well hidden.

Wolters Kluwer does their best to assist customers during tax season and was always helpful at getting the programs fixed. The only problem they have is announcing when things are down. Hopefully they get that fixed.

This place is awful and on top of that, NO PHONE SERVICE virtually anywhere in the building. The pool table and ping pong table in the break room gets played out after 2 weeks top. My suggestion; keep looking for a new job and quit after they pay you for the 4 weeks of training. You'll be saving yourself a headache in the long run.
