I would give 0 stars if I could. I understand it’s homecoming season but waiting on the fitting room line for 1.5 hours is absolutely insane. This store is poorly managed and ineffective. I made the fitting room attendant aware that there was an empty room for over 10 minutes. She never even checked. The line to try on was at the door. I notified the manager and she also had a callous dismissive response. Store owners take note of all the customer service complaints. New management needed asap.

The store managers are consistently rude and unprofessional. They never miss an opportunity to talk down to customers and treat them poorly. I hope to never have to go into that store again.

Thank you to the employees for the awesome customer service and patience as our 6 middle schoolers took over the dressing rooms Saturday evening 1/20/24. They had the best time, most found and bought their dresses, good selections. The cashier was so nice and helpful as well.

The customer service in this store is very bad you need ask about return and exchange before you buy anything because when u need help later you just getting ignored and left with no help definitely never going back there

Hello, this message is for the CEO. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the way employees are being treated at this location. The level of disrespect and belittlement experienced to your staff, is unbelievable. I am personally disheartened to see the very customers are showing a lack of respect towards your employees, only to turn around and request to speak to upper management. I experienced this firsthand while I waited in line at the fitting room today for over two hours. It is my understanding that your employees have been subjected to bullying and disrespect from many if not all your customers. I am sure this isn’t happening just at this location either. This behavior should not be tolerated, and immediate action needs to be taken to address this issue. My first suggestion would be to address the number of fitting rooms you have, maybe a security guard on site or even air conditioning. You will lose great employees! I want to share that I witnessed an adult man engaging in an argument with one of your employees simply because she asked him to momentarily vacate a space, as she retrieved a dress from a dress form for my daughter. This kind of behavior was yet again, unbelievable. Moreover, I also witnessed an incident where a customer used a racial slur against one of your employees when she politely apologized for the extended wait time and requested that the customer not try on clothing on the sales floor, and she immediately asked for “corporates” phone number. These incidents are deeply concerning and made me somewhat emotional. I also am sure that it must go against any company’s core values of treating everyone with dignity and respect.Given my experience as a former Regional Manager, I strongly urge your company to take immediate and decisive action to address these issues. I’ve always prioritized the well-being of my employees and the overall experience of customers, and I must say this disgusts me. I hope appropriate measures can be put in place to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. If not, I will have to make it my duty so every single employee in that building finds a new place of employment.Again, thank you for your attention to this matter, I didn’t want to call “corporate” I need this to be a public comment for anyone who feels they want to visit this location. These young ladies are amazing, and I wouldn’t want a better team working under that much pressure. I hope the company does something soon to create a more respectful and welcoming environment for both your employees and customers.Best Regards,Bev

I was told "go look for help" ans when I did, the other young girl walked straight past me while I was trying to speak to her. Then the girl that told me to go find help, walked up and said " you just gone let her walk past you, what you need help with." All I wanted was a dress not attitude.

It was a pleasure to shop at this store. I was visiting from out of town and was iffy in trying that store as a first timer; however Tiffany made the experience an exciting and memorable one from start to finish. She had a constant smile that made me feel welcomed and at ease. She was very professional and the suggestions made in assisting me with my purchases were spot on. Thank you very much young lady and please keep up the great work.

I really appreciate Shay today! She was so nice, supportive, and she knew how to style me to perfection! I recently had a baby and I told Shay that I was feeling a little insecure, due to giving birth. Shay found me a halter top and shirt, that will complement my new body shape! Thanks Shay! You are amazing! I love your blonde locs too! I meant to tell you that!!❤️❤️
