Antiquated store with even more antiquated ideals. New owner just spreads her racism on Facebook postings while acting like a victim. (Easy to see when she puts "males" on a post about 2 black men made over a year ago, on top of the racist patrons/supporters of her store comments) Discouraging to see this store still open after owner's passing. Kennesaw made a mistake.

Dent Myers was a treasure trove of history that we have sadly lost. The institution he began, his knowledge, and his determination helped build the city of Kennesaw. The items on display in the museum section and the items for trade teach everyone about periods in our history that some believe are better forgotten, but shouldn't. The store hasn't changed much in the 50+ years it has been in operation. It is still a living encyclopedia full of unique items. No matter what you have heard, go visit.
