their awful ATM has jammed my cash not only once but twice. last time was $20 now it’s $137. it’s been 3 days and i still don’t have my money back from the so called claims. i need to switch banks again i see.

Went in to cancel my account. Was helped out by Sarah Woodward. Extremely polite and kind. No longer banking with Wells Fargo, but I still must applaud them for their exceptional workers. Thank you Sarah!

The Bells Ferry branch is closing, so I had to move my safe deposit box to another branch. I called the branch on Barrett Parkway, and Edwinn was not only helpful, he stayed late to make sure he answered all my questions and concerns. White glove service!

I Just Wanted To Share My Experience With The Barrett Pkwy. Kennesaw Wells Fargo Location On Fri. 12/2/22(4:10pm) & Sat. 12/3/22. From The Minute I Walked-In & Was Greeted By Laura(Banker), I Knew I Was @ The Right Place For My Banking. After I Told Her Of My Needs, We Proceeded To Jody(Teller), Who Was Just As Friendly, Efficient & Professional As A Person Could Be(& On A Fri. Nearing Quitting Time), To Get Some Pocket Change.. I Made A 9am Appt. For Sat Morning, To Meet With A Banker To Set-Up A Checking & Savings Account. I Returned Sat 12/3/22(9:00am) & Was Assigned To Sharien(Banker) To Get My Banking Needs Taken Care Of. Sharien, Was Also Friendly, Efficient, Professional, Very Knowledgeable & Took The Time To Explain Everything As We Went, For Which I THANK Her For Very Much. I Just Wanted To Let You Know That This Wells Fargo Location Has The UPTMOST Customer Service Anywhere, Espically In The Banking World. A DEFINITE CLASS ABOVE ANYWHERE! Just Amazed & Look So Forward To My "NEW" Venture With This Location & Wells Fargo As My Bank. THANK-YOU! Again, Ladies! AWESOME. AWESOME JOB!! Wonderful experience! Sarah Woodward and team helped personally guide me through a process of making funds from a deposited check available to me quicker than the system originally allowed. Sarah gave me her card and, recognizing the urgency of the matter, was far more responsive than any Bank experience I've ever had. Great job team Barrett Parkway!

I went into this Kennesaw branch today to make a simple deposit. As I got in, I looked for the deposit slips only to realize that there weren't any in their designated places. I proceeded and walked up to a teller named Cynthia who told me with an attitude to write the account # on the back of the check. I wrote it down right away and waited for her while she was chit-chatting to a colleague and ignoring me. At the end, she threw the receipt at me as if she was aggravated by my presence. I certainly would not recommend this branch to anyone, if this is the appreciation they have for the customers who are paying her salary, I'd reconsider doing business with Wells Fargo!

This is the DMV of Wellsfargo Banks. They move slowwwwwwww and they have no training in getting down a line effectively in a timely fashion. Wouldn’t suggest coming here. The tellers are slow pace, couple that with short staff yikes

This place always bugs me. The employees are either super rude and annoying or they are way over the top with the "kill you with kindness" approach and annoying!Today I went through the drive through and I guess there's a "new" rule. The teller can't write ANYTHING on the transaction slip. So if you don't know you're account number by heart (does anyone) you have to send the tube in with your ID and debit card so the teller can look up your account number and write it down on a sticky note. Then the teller sends the tube back and you can fill out the ENTIRE slip and send it back again. Very time consuming and annoying. I worked in banks for years and NEVER, EVER was it prohibited for the teller to write on the slip. In fact, it was often encouraged because then it would be legible. Most folks don't have the neatest handwriting and if the account number isn't written very clearly, the wrong account number will be affected and that can cause a LOT of problems. Obviously the customer has to sign the slip, but that is really about it. I don't like Wells Fargo!

I counted 9 employees in the bank and with about 8 cars in the drive through and a line of 10 customers inside and only 2 cashiers! Bad management! The manager should put employees that are simply greeting people to work the line when there are so many people working. And barrett is a really busy st maybe the busiest in the area for 2 cashiers wow

Try not to come to this branch! Service is extremely slow I’ve came multiple times even when first opened in the am! Always one teller working avoid this location if you value your time
