We scheduled an appointment with Anjana Paul today to help my daughter get her first credit card. Anjaja was fantastic. She followed up before the appointment, met us at the door and advised my daughter on which credit card would be best for her based on her goals. Great experience.

Got hacked for $1086.06. Did a stop payment, they let the exact same hackers take another $1086.06 If you really hate your money this is the the place for you. Bankers at this location where no help other than closing our savings account. We pray one day to have our money back but it ain’t likely with these folks. They cut out cards off after they said they wouldn’t. No access to money for over a week. Absolutely let down by this bank.

Horrific...I am so unhappy I am going to switch all my accounts over to Chase. I tried to set my aupair up with an account and the lady told me they wouldn't accept her agemcy employment letter with her address on it. I took it over to Chase and they were friendly and accepted it. I have been with Wells Fargo for a very long time, but this is it. I had great relationships on the business side in the past here. I told the lady I understood, it tried to be nice, and I said I get it, it's not your fault, the rules are strict because of the lawsuits in the past. She tried to tell me they haven't been sued and that she had been there for 17 years. I pushed back on the false statement and she said admitted that it had happened. She never asked questions to understand the situation like Chase did. After my wonderful experience at Chase, I realized that the banks have similar requirements as to what they need to open an account, but she didn't care to understand the documents before her. She simply called and asked "next level" and told them she had "a letter" as opposed to an employment letter from the agency. Of course they told her it was unacceptable with that incomplete description. It's sad how far downhill this location has gone. When I asked if I could close out the business accounts by myself, I was specifically concerned about one that I am only 50% owner on. She, rather insistently, told me that that account didnt exist. She said maybe you are logging in with your husband's username and password... unless my thumbprint somehow got confused with his, I'm pretty sure im looking at my own account. I had to push several times for her to even believe that the account existed. I dont know what she clicked on but she finally found the account. It's going to be a pain to switch over all my business accounts, but I just can't see myself staying here.

Used to have to go to this Bank to cash a check luckily I no longer have to do it horrible Bank the tellers don't listen and if you're not a account holder "club member" you're treated like your trash. I really don't like Americans baking system but this company makes you despise it. Thanks for being such a horrible business.

Carful with this location always count your money if you’re cashing or dealing with the clerks. Jessica one of the clerks kept insisting that she over paid me on my cashed check when she gave me the right amount. So now when I do go there I always get an attitude from her. So careful and always count your money they will fraud you. Then give you attitude on top of all that.

Held money that wasn’t there’s just so the bank can gain interest. Yet we had nothing.

I've banked here for several years and have been basically satisfied with the service. Whenever I need a teller, I often can walk right to the counter as there's rarely a line. And the tellers have been unfailingly polite and friendly. I also appreciate that they genuinely seem interested in customer opinon as I not only received a survey by email a couple of months ago but also received a follow-up phone call. On the other hand, the ATMs are not always working, which is inconvenient. Also, waiting to speak with a banker can take a while sometimes, although they are always helpful.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 4 years. I've never gotten any problems with any location. I recently came to this location, the staffs are great and knowledgable. Simon was so kind to help with a school project.

Bankers and teller were very rude today. They wouldn’t even order me a new debit card at this location. Told me to just go online or call the 1800 number. Why do these people have a job if they can’t deliver minimal customer service. I’m thinking about switching banks since Wells Fargo has been sub par.
