I called to get a price man said one price then changed it price was still reasonable he said he would call me in 2 hours then when u called back 3 hours later he said it would be ready next day and I couldn’t wait so I said I would pick up my phone then he said he would call me in the evening and have it ready nice repair in the end with a reasonable price poor communication

Just got off the phone with whoever is answering them this morning and this kid laughs at my questions and then goes you know this is gonna be expensive right? No customer service skills what so ever. Would NEVER trust whoever they have working today with my phone and passcode to phone to work on it. The immature behavior was insane. I would have scheduled an appointment if their behavior wasn’t such.

Awful customer service. I got my phone screen repaired and noticed a small crack in the phone, not on the surface but underneath the screen. I called immediately after but no answer so the next morning I called and spoke with someone and they accused me of dropping my phone, they yelled at me and told me I was wrong and even though i just paid $160 to get the phone fixed they wouldn’t be willing to help me with this issue. I do not recommend anyone to use them.

Great! Great!! Great! Super responsive, Great price and value!! I am so glad I found them!! Awesome customer service. I called because I dropped my iPhone and cracked my screen. They came out and fixed it in my driveway in the repair truck. Awesome experience. Lisa

Mr. Thomas Hennigan, military veteran did an Outstanding job in repairing IPhone 6+ broken screen within 10 minutes today. I recommend this company to all U.S. citizens who support military veterans. I am happy to see that our veterans provide quality service. Thanks! I called another place and he said it would take 40 minutes to do similar job but very expensive compare to this company. I am a retired military veteran and know the importance of time value with quality service while defending our country. To be honest, I would give him 5+ stars out of 5 stars.

Austin Murray was the young man who waited on me. He was so friendly and helpful! He made the repair quickly and even had a coupon so I got $10 off!! That is great customer service!!!!
