During the inspection they found a rather large crack in my center diamond of my engagement ring. October will be 21 yrs to the day that we purchased my beautiful engagement ring/wedding set (at the same store)I was devastated! Literally started crying. Keana was like a fairy godmother and miracle worker wrapped together! She came up the idea of setting my original diamond into a pendant necklace and found another identical diamond in Texas!! for my ring. She worked with us until I was completely comfortable and happy with what I was going to be getting. Her words, “your diamond will be closer to your heart this way”!
