They show up early, are prepared with a plan to execute the job as discussed, have first class equipment to do the job right and efficiently, always follow proper safety protocols and have a great team of technicians that know their job and do it well. In a followup of a prior review. The owner of this company told my boss his crew would come back to correct the issues they created. He also said HE would come WITH his crew to personally supervise the job. None of the above happened. He sent 1 guy out this past Sunday (12/12/2021). That 1 guy showed up with only about 1 hour of daylight left. No way to see what he was doing. While \\\"some\\\" of the truck/trailer looked better, it is still a long way from satisfactory. Still A LOT of missed areas. Still a LOT of streaks. Still a LOT of untouched dirt. Now the owner is ignoring MY boss's calls and basically giving us the cold shoulder. So Wash MD has ruined the looks of what WAS a beautiful 2021 Peterbilt 389 and 2021 Heil tanker trailer and refuses to make it right. Stained stainless trim on the grill and headlight bezels. Streaks in the polished aluminum tanker. Didn't even touch the exhaust stacks. Mirror brackets not touched. Exposed parts of the frame/chassis still filthy. Everywhere I've been, people ask, \\\"who washed your truck? It's terrible.\\\" I'm happy to tell them so they won't make the same mistake. I advise you to look elsewhere if you want your fleet cleaned right. All the following pics were taken Monday morning 12/13/2021.

Wash-MD has been taking care of our fleet washing needs for a long time now and have always done a great job for us. Their scheduling, call ahead and great service is always an added benefit that helps me focus on keeping my trucks on the road, rather than worrying about how clean they are. First time using this company. Easy set up and professional service. Rebecca came to my location to see my fleet of trucks and also checked out the location to update her guys who was coming out to wash the trucks. Overall, I like the way they did the scheduling and I received a 30 minute call ahead. Also received notification when job was completed. Thank you Wash- MD.
