Just wanted to make a follow up to my previous online survey. I was very impressed with the store manager who made her time to call me today around 12 and made sure that I still get my items and even get my points from the purchase. She turned things around and handled everything so well. I really appreciate it that she cared much to do this which does not happen often anymore these days! Thank you so much and will definitely will be returning to this store!

I ordered a photo card online (I had to use a card to hold the order), and when I got there, I paid for the photo card. When I checked my account a couple of days later, I noticed that I had paid for the photo card twice (instead of a card hold, it actually charged me). I called the customer service number listed on my bank statement and was told that I would receive a call from the local store (where I made the purchase) manager. I actually received the call and told her what happened and advised that I would receive a refund in the mail (surely they're full of it right), wrong. I actually received a refund in cash with a sticky note apologizing for the inconvenience. That made me smile and made my day. Can't remember her name, but thanks (store manager)!

The pharmacist there went way out of her way to fill a last-minute prescription right at closing time. I am so appreciative of her kindness.

Came in extreme pain to an empty lobby. Told 3 hours wait time. Receptionist was rude and unresponsive. Don't waste your time coming here.

This Walgreens has the rudest employees I've ever seen in any store especially in the pharmacy I had student in line behind a lady for 10 minutes waiting to ask the ear wax removal drops were on and finally I thought the lady was going to pay and move on and so the lady who worked in the pharmacy at Walgreens then started helping her combined cards with points or something but at that point I just nicely said excuse me but could you tell me where the earcare all is and I was told that there was nothing like that at that Walgreens and waved away I continue to look for the product I needed because I knew Walgreens carried it and as I came around the corner of the later the lady was actually laughing with her co-worker about how she treated me I don't know what it is about some people that have to put down or humiliate others to get a laugh but I'm glad I'm not one of those people

In and out in 5 minutes. Layout is almost identical in every Walgreens, and they are everywhere?

They supposed to close at 10 pm and I was there three minutes before they close for pick up something and was a young man in front of the door and I asked if they closed already and he doesn’t answer and he go inside and close the door in my face. How rude was that! I know was few minutes before they close but he can say something and nobody close before they schedule.
