the inside is fine but the drive thru is awful. for being something that’s supposed to make life easier, the pharmacy loves to just take their time, and if you say something that isn’t fully understood, they almost yell at you as if your an idiot for not understanding. the shop is perfectly fine, the pharmacy needs help. i seem to have nothing but complications with them.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm start by saying I've never wrote a review or called corporate a day in my life but I couldn't let this one go so let me tell you about CATHY THE MANAGER! So I waited in line already for 5 to 10 minutes. Cathy comes and ask what I need help with, and I said I need to pay a bill. She then tells me to go to the register at the front and that she will be with me in a minute. So that's already strike #1 but i go to the front & she then proceeds to help the customer who was behind me! So now I wait another 5 to 10 minutes before she comes help me, strike #2. She finally comes to help and starts putting my info in as western union I tell her that's wrong, I'm using paynearme and that you have to scan the barcode that I have on my phone. I pull up the paynearme page on my phone. It has barcodes for Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc right next to the store name. I accidentally pulled up CVS barcode and she gives me the death stare and does this deep sigh really loud like I caused a major problem. She's then scans the Walgreens barcode and asked for my ID. I have came here multiple times to pay a bill and I've never been asked to show my ID so I explain that and told her I left it in my truck and I have to go grab it. She then SLAMS HER HANDS DOWN WITH EXTREME FORCE ON THE COUNTER IN ANGER because I have to go get my license. Strike #3. At this point, due to her terrible customer service, lack of care to treat me as a paying customer of Walgreens, and her EXTREME AGGRESSION of which has made me feel THREATENED now, she now has just fired me allllllllll the way up and got me completely out of my character, so not gone lie I said some things to her that I shouldn't have said but she absolutely deserved to hear it because as a "MANAGER", no customer should EVER feel THREATENED, SCARED or STUPID for any reason whatsoever. AFTER ALL OF THAT, I get in my truck to leave and another so called manager I believe (hairless chubby caucasian guy) didn't get his name, comes out and is acting like he's coming to get the carts but is really waiting for me to leave so he can read MY LICENSE PLATE. When I pull off I see his head peep over another car that he is hiding behind and he looks and reads my license plate into his ear piece! I can't make none of this up, everything is 100% true. Now I feel SUPER THREATENED, UNAPPRECIATED as a customer, and like i am now Walgreens #1 enemy. This was the worse experience of my life. I called and reported to corporate, no response yet but it's still day 1. If I don't hear from corporate I plan on reaching out to my social media influencer friends and I'm going to pay them to negatively blast this store about my experience. We going to make you go viral Cathy and hairless chubby caucasian guy, hope it was worth it. Walgreens please do better with who you choose to be a MANAGER OF THE STORE!

Writing this review after getting new insurance and not being able to go here anymore, wanted to give a shout out to Jacob for being such a positive and helpful figure any time I needed any help whatsoever and being such a kind person at every moment.

This is the best pharmacy in the metro area. All staff members have a heart of gold! Jacob is just the rarest kind soul, deeply caring about all the strangers that come to him for help every day.

Down for a couple of days in Marietta/Kennesaw visiting with Kids and Grandkids. My wife uses a nasal spray to help keep her sinuses clear and the top had come off and leaked into her purse. Needless to say, the nasal spray was empty and we needed to find a pharmacy to buy another. Using my yelp app, this location came up. Unlike the Charlotte Area where there are pharmacies on just about every major corner, it this area a bit harder to find. This one was about 5 miles/10 minutes away from where we were staying across from Kennesaw State University so we drove over. Store is a typical Walgreens but well stocked and easy to find. Very easy to check out and we were back on the road shortly.

They desperately need to have more pharmacists working during shifts or another phone because each time I call the pharmacy, I have had to wait 20 minutes or more for someone to answer, then get placed on hold for another 20 plus minutes.

I went in this location today to grab a card and gift bag. I forgot my debit card in my car so I told the cashier that I'll be right back. This man had the nerve to have an argument with me saying that he had to get the transaction voided and was highly upset about something his manager can just come swipe there employment card to void in 5 seconds. I was shocked and was going to turn around to pay but I just drove off to dollar general where the employees are nicer and cheaper as well. I worked for a similar company when I was younger and would never talk to customers like that. Highly unprofessional.

So my prescription was for Breo Ellipta which retails for $299. I used my handy SingleCare app and they have it for $266. I show it to the pharmacist. She said she cannot honor the price. So I paid the $299 since I needed it to breathe. I called Walgreens customer service number. The lady said someone would call me back on Wednesday. Nobody called. I called back on Wednesday. They said they would escalate my issue and a supervisor would call me back on Friday. Nobody called. So today is Monday. I called again. They now tell me that a district mgr will call me back within two business days lol. Doubtful I will get a return call. What a nightmare. I would not recommend trying to use a single care app or good rx etc at Walgreens.

Daughter and I were there one evening at closing time but we still received excellent customer service. She wanted to purchase Visa gift card and we had a lot of questions about it. Paul was very nice an courteous while we had rough time deciding. Needless to say we needed to pick up few more items and he still was very patient with us. This location is convenient for us and really I was surprised that it stayed open till midnight. So in the future no need to drive further or always got to Walmart.

Limited products in the store is the only reason it's not 5 stars. The staff is wonderful.
