Mixed opinions about my experience:
Pros: they were knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help
Cons: the Verizon employee that assisted us (Valentin), added services to our monthly plan without asking or telling us. I got an alert on my phone notifying me of the changes. When I asked Valentin about it, he promptly removed the added services. But he never should have done such a thing without either asking or telling a customer. That's simply dishonest business practice.

Ryan K. was so helpful. Transfered our phone data. Looked at our account and helped us save money monthly. Was very patient and gave us great deals. Will always Come to this location.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this store. They were unable to provide even the most basic of services, an online pickup. They were unprofessional, rude, and offered no assistance, specifically, Kyle (they head associate at the time). Unfortunately Ryan, the store manager was not present; however he will be notified of this unprofessional interaction. I recommend avoiding the store and taking your business elsewhere.

Damon was awesome. Pretty sure the whole phone switching thing took way longer than he expected or probably wanted (lol) but he was so patient and helpful! Super great experience and very thankful to have help that was friendly too.

I have been having issues with cellular sales since March 19th I have been in the store several times with some issues that could not be resolved, on April 9th I contacted Cellular Sales customer service and have a lengthy discussion with a young lady there who we could not come to a conclusion as the problem of my phone she suggested I come back into the store and asked for a replacement fortunately for me the service rep that helped me was named Ty lit I instantly told him my problem he took my phone and within 5 minutes he had it fixed to my complete satisfaction he is a very very valuable employee to this particular location you have a good employee at this location. It is in my opinion that several people here need more instructions on how to deal with their customers in a polite and courteous way as Ty did with me he has completed my problems to complete satisfaction.

Drew greeted me at the door and welcomed my party. The gentlemen`s customer service was exceptional. We work together to solve my issue in respect to the 5 minutes before close and my party and I were very impressed with the end results. I was about to change phones, back to the iPhone and the gentlemen convinced me and made me feel better about my Pixel phone which is a great product in my opinion. Thank you Drew, Google and Verizon.

Grant was AMAZING helping me set up new lines and talking through all of the charges and promotions. We had limited time to make all changes and he was phenomenal in managing our time!

Ryan K was so kind and patient with my elderly parents. Took the time to show them their new phones and make sure they understood how to use them. He presented cost options and comparisons and genuinely cared that we were satisfied customers. Even converted a 30 year other carrier user to Verizon in the process! Thanks Ryan, can’t recommend him enough
