Arrived at the store, there was no line at all, 3 workers visible. My husband asked if a box could be built for a rollator walker (a 15lb aid for my aging mother). The attendant seemed confused and said he didn’t think so. Another attendant said that there were 2 boxes they could combine to make a box for me. After taking the measurements, I was quoted $69.00 for packaging and materials to which my husband and I said ok.
After the attendant got the recipient address (one state East) he quoted $530 plus insurance! The walker we purchased from the store only cost $150.
Though incensed by the price, we politely asked him to explain why a 15lb item would cost so much. He replied that the box size was the culprit. What?! I truly do not accept or believe this.
We took our item back to the mobility aid store and told the manager what the attendant had said at the UPS store. He was flabbergasted. He ordered the product from the warehouse, the shipping totaled $39.00.

The blonde girl who helped me was the nicest person in the world. I had a huge & tedious print job and she patiently walked me through it for 20 minutes. 10/10 y'all need to give her a raise.

The older guy was rude and mean, no customer service skills at all. Glasses and a gray beard, I didn’t get his name but his attitude was horrible for no reason

Got out of work to go as fast as possible to send my sold good through ups, got there at 6:45 and it's already closed, and they just told me off from inside that it's already closed, and the sign reads it closes at 7pm .

Tori with the blond tips saved the day! He was a professional and a solutions-based associate who gave us the best service.
He knows logistics! He went above and beyond for us and every other customer I saw he interacted with.
We were shipping multiple packages and needed to make some adjustments on the packages. She first off didn't listen to us when we were shipping our packages initially, so we purchased another box, got of line, repacked our box and there was space galore!
We asked for packing peanuts which she said they had non and we need to purchase bubble wrap. However, we ended up with Tori and he took out the time to package our box which didn't take him long, less than 5 min.
He was fast, friendly and solutions based. He knows his stuff.
The other associate Tegina gave us a box and sent is on our way which would have cost more money. She was not friendly at all but thanks to Tori I give this location 4 stars. Initially, they were about to get 1 star.
I come to this location often and Tori is usually there I rarely see Regina but after the shipping experience today. Good!
Please hire and retain more ppl like Tori because shipping with Regina ain't it.

Common courtesy and respect seems to have left Kennesaw a long time ago. I went in this morning to return an Amazon package and as I always do I start off with a proper greeting. The gentleman that took my package was cold and unprofessional. No greeting, no manners and when I told him he was rude he scoffs and laughs it off. I then ask him if he was a manager or employee and he tells me he’s the OWNER. You should lead by example and be courteous to all your customers. Unfortunately, his demeanor seemed like he must be making a lot of money from us that he doesn’t care about the basics of customer service. As a Veteran coming back to my hometown it’s depressing seeing businesses like this up and running.

I recently had an unexpectedly positive experience at this UPS store. The owner and manager went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with a purchase. Their understanding and helpfulness were truly remarkable. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommended!

Essentially very pleased with this specific location off Cobb Pkwy in Kennesaw. I would recommend it over any other location within a 25 mile radius. The staff is great, they get things done well every time. Color Printing is exceptional, and so is the laminating service, the Notary Service is fast and thorough, the regular Shipping and countless Amazon Returns have always reached their destination - I am always offered a receipt for everything from tracking to the smallest of jobs. I can understand why this location only has 5 stars reviews and 1 star reviews, in all honesty you cannot please everyone. But in my opinion, they do try and mostly succeed in helping ALL CLIENTS. Of course there is sometimes a queue, why wouldn’t there be - especially if many clients choose THIS location over others? Parking is also very easy, since there is a Publix store in the same mall. I hope the hardworking staff here gets more praise, they earn it on a daily basis.
