I haven't had any issues with the manager personally, but more than once I've come to this store in the morning between 8:30 - 9 and they were closed. No sign on the door or anything. Please update your opening hours or make sure someone is available when it says you're supposed to be open.

This UPS store at 1635 old 41 in Kennesaw, Ga is the best. Everybody there is always so nice and helpful. Tarana is very knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome experience. Her smile is contagious.

I was in the Kennesaw area needing to ship a package and found this store. I normally use a store by my house but decided to try this one out. I was greeted with great customer service trying to navigate am Amazon return and shipping an additional package. I will be back to this location!
