I had a salon appointment with Marley this past Saturday. I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out! Marley is an extremely conscientious stylist and is very skilled. Tyler was so sweet and stopped over several times to check in with us. Great vibe in this store. I will definately be back!

I had a great experience at this location tonight! There was a mix up with a perfume I wanted, so I had to order online (which was no problem). The girl that helped me was named Autumn I believe, she was so sweet and nice about the whole situation! She definitely deserves a raise!!

Me and my family went to this for the first time and there were abundant products for women. There were very few products for men. That is understandable. But when we need help all the store associates were very knowledgeable and helped us out. There was never an answer like “this is not my department another associate will help you out”
We were trying to pick the right hairdryer and this store had display of dryers that we can try out. That was much helpful.
Overall great experience.

I went in to get a friend color matched for foundation. Tyla (I believe is the correct name) was very helpful and found the right shade on the first try! She was very kind.

I never come to this one and I won’t ever come back . Destinee the lead cashier is not welcoming at all: she doesn’t have good energy: also no one greets you . I’m so used to Ulta being upbeat.
I kinda did have an attitude because Destinee asked for my ID (and her coldness like it wasn’t my product) I had the app and barcode and it didn’t mention ID. Then she wouldn’t use the barcode . Mad annoying . I tossed ID down and you should have seen her look lol. I really didn’t mean to . My day was already flustered then her attitude didn’t make it any better .
But thanks for being well stocked. I won’t come in if I do have to I’ll curbside or go back to any others .

This cashier named Destinee is very rude and disrespectful. I was getting checked out by a cashier when she rudely came to correct her about an issue her but she did it in such a rude condescending way. After disrespecting that young lady she told her “Well you can go. I don’t need you up here.” The young lady that Destinee had been so rude to left the register. I don’t know who she is, but she does not need to be at the register she needs to be in the back somewhere loading trucks or taking out the garbage with that kind of nasty attitude! Absolutely unacceptable to talk to employees like that. Management needs to fix that

I go here to buy makeup (obviously) but I decided to go in for a salon appointment, and I'm SO GLAD I did. Marlie is the bomb! I have long hair and have been traumatized by getting too much cut off when all I wanted was a trim, but my experience here was so great. I went back again and got color done too, and Marlie did a lovely job. It's really chill in there, and they're always so sweet to me. Thank you Marlie and team! <3

I’ve never had a good experience talking to any of the workers here. They’re all so rude and have nasty attitudes. Like they’re inconvenienced by my presence.

No staff greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I'm not one to complain about workers being in their phone or holding conversations because its not the end of the world. At the very least, greet the customer. Cleaning station was the bare minimum. Only water and napkins. No makeup removers, wipes, sponges. Most annoyingly no mirrors in isles to test/ look at makeup. Luckily i keep a compact in my purse. I came for the WYN as my store doesn't have it. But now that I know my shade. I won't be back
