Don’t go on the weekend to get a oil change I arrived at 8:30 did not leave until 11:00 an I didn’t know you had to have an appointment to get in sooner but I know I will have to take off work during the week to get my oil changed an only deal with Brandi. And it felt like the person I had to deal with didn’t want to help me a did want me to leave my car I said I needed an oil change he said it will be a 3 hour wait off top like that was going to scare me away. A got had because I said I would wait. Just know I will not go on the weekend ever

Really awesome people. They take the time to explain everything in detail. They keep me informed on what's going on with my vehicle and if there is something they think I need, they will call me and let me know how much it is and if I want it done then. I'm called the moment my vehicle is ready for pickup.

The service department did not call me after I waited hours for this call. My friend gave me a ride to the dealership to find my truck is ready and parked for a while. When I came to pay my bill the only service man left in the department did not know anything about my 20% discount which I presented to them when I first came and did not know anything about my reward money. It was a horrible experience.

I have been buying cars here for the last 5 years and it was great. The 4th car I purchased there, a 2022 Nissan rogue has had an issue with the side mirror the entire time. It is clearly a wiring issue but there is no one in the service center with the knowledge on how to fix it. I’ve explained the issue to the service department several times and have left the car there to be fixed. I have even provided them with video of the issue. They keep the car for a day and then call me that it’s ready. I pick it up and it isn’t fixed. They refuse to listen to the problem. They have been less than helpful in providing a fix. They just shrug their shoulders. If they don’t know what to do it seems to me they could reach out to another dealership and request assistance but that is too much of a bother. The side mirror issue is a severe safety hazard when driving and the only thing I know to do is trade the car in and buy a new one. At a different dealership of course. If you’re looking for a new car definitely do not purchase from here.

About a month ago, took my truck to a local repair shop on Cherokee Street. My truck was heating up and the repaired the fluid tank at the tune of $350.00. It kept so I thought I would take it to the dealership. They checked my truck and said it needed a thermometer and new radiator, cost was $1,656.. Repair was made I I drove my truck for a week and it started heating up again. I took my truck back to Nissan and they checked my truck and said,, I needed a water pump, they cost was $1,300.00. I did not have the repairs made. I have checked around Kennesaw and the average cost is between $350.00 and $450.00. I will not go back to Nissan for anymore services.

Our experience at Town Center Nissan was EXCELLENT, as always! Our salesman was perfect, the Finance guys were also wonderful. No pressure, very helpful and accommodating, so knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases (4 or 5 vehicles now). Each time i visit the Service dept, I’m always treated so well. I truly appreciate the folks at Town Center Nissan and my family and I will continue to be customers. Thank you!

I went for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. I noticed my car was parked to the side. I asked the “cashier” was my car ready, she told me to ask the person that checked me in. He was nowhere to be found. No one else had the courtesy to let me know my car was ready. By the way I had an appointment!
