Despicable and nasty treatment to their customers. This is why Black people need to stop supporting their business. I will be supporting a Black owned beauty supply from now on. Even if I have to drive all the way to Conyers GA to buy from Dr. HEAVENLY Beauty supply store. We have to support our own.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I'm not sure who you are speaking about, but I don't wear wigs. Earlier today I was trying to patronize your business an old lady kept following me around the store, yet never asked to assist me or if I needed some help. I never felt so disrespected so, I took my business and MY MONEY elsewhere. You see that's Y'ALL problem, you think that all Black people look alike. But no problem, I ordered the products that I need from a Black owned beauty supply store's website.

I visited this beauty supply today and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The store is neat and clean. I usually feel like I'm being watched in beauty supply stores because of my color but this one gave me a different experience and I felt comfortable shopping. I will definitely be going back to shop again soon..10/10 would recommend.

I have to agree with the latest negative reviews for this business!! If I could rate this place a ZERO I would!!! Trust me I'm all for having policies and procedures in place but I do think that there should be consideration especially if this items are untouched and in original packaging. I had not had my item 24 hours. I called explained I did not at all want my money back but just to exchange for a different item. I was told it was not possible. Ladies if you are purchasing hair bundles/wigs of any kind I recommend looking else where. Additionally they are overpriced for bad quality. There are better beauty supply stores in the atlanta area. I will not return and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service at Top 1 Beauty Supply is phenomenal! You are greeted when you walk in, the staff patiently provides you with the help you need, and you walk out of the store feeling appreciated. I will definitely shop here for my beauty supply needs!

Truly despicable treatment of their customers from owner and employees. I plan to never return along with making everyone I know aware of the behavior and treatment of customers at this establishment. Unprofessional, immature, and truly unbelievable. Will not be returning.
