The staff is always welcoming and willing to help. They keep their shelves well stocked with a great variety of products. My husky has dietary restrictions and I several foods and snacks that he likes. I rarely go there and can't find what I am looking for.

I frequent here because they have natural dog treats for my baby. Sometimes it’s a hassle to get in and get only what you want because they train their workers on upselling so they offer informative services but sometimes it can be overwhelming. There’s one particular girl who I feel like although she is nice, I cannot seem to escape if there is a conversation sparked. My favorite associate is Lindsay, she always seems to offer just the right amount of support and lets me look on my own but I know she is there to offer help if needed. Lindsay tends to offer advice but she never is pushy with making you feel bad or pushing something out of your price range. Overall amazing just don’t come in if you don’t got time to talk.

TOP DOGS is awesome! They have everything you need for your pets. The staff are extremely helpful in finding the right products and are very knowledgeable in everything they sell especially in the food dept. I just switched from Purina Pro Plan to Raw Dynamics of which the staff helped me tremendously with their knowledge. My pups have improved in every way. If you haven't checked out Top Dogs you need to go! IT'S FABULOUS!!! Oh, and they have CUTE clothes too!

Excellent experience! Was greeted and warmly welcomed. Found a whole basket full of goodies for my dogs. Asked a suggestion on shampoo and was promptly and confidently recommended a great product. We can’t wait to go back!

Just to warn you, every time you walk into this store you will get asked the question “ Do you need help with anything?” from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE that works here MULTIPLE times. If I need help finding something I will come find an employee to help me. We had to leave the store because every single employee would not leave us alone to shop. When I spoke to the manager about this issue she looked at me like I was dumb and she didn’t care. Even the employees know that the customers get annoyed with being asked that same question over and over again. I believe the manager thinks that customers are incompetent to shop on their own which is completely inappropriate! Not shopping here again thank you very much.

This place has so many healthy options for your pets, lots of adorable other gifts, and the workers at this location are fantastic! We live an hour away and make a trip to this store for our pets.

The store manager, Mia, was patient and showed us everything that we asked about. The service is a step above, and the store is a really nice place. Our dogs are now in LaLa Land with the CBD treats that we bought, and we will try not to judge our pups for becoming canine stoners..
