The absolute best customer service i've ever received at this type of business. There was an issue with my truck and they could've very well turned me away but they didnt and instead were all hands on deck and got me back up and running. Customer for life.

Make sure you do your research before giving the Kennesaw, GA location permission to work on your vehicle. We originally gave them permission to complete repairs on our truck to get it to pass emissions. They did the repair and with 48 hours the check engine light came back on. Took it back to them and they stated it was another issue. Gave them permission to fix that issue and while trying to complete that repair they removed the bed of our truck without getting our permission first. After that work was completed, we did not have the truck back 24 hours before the check engine light was on again. We had to take our truck to another repair shop and were told the original repair was the issue. We had them repair that and we thought we were all set. Nope, a few weeks later the check engine light came on again and this time we were told the second repair failed. We had our second repair complete that repair as well and have not had an issue since. I never received all my money back and the district manager and his superior are worthless. Just want to make sure people know what they are getting into when it comes to getting repairs done at this location. I will never go to Tire Discounters again. I would rather walk than deal with them.

Nail in tire on the far outside, had to order, delivered next morning ,in and out under 20 minutes,fast, courteous,and professional services. Highly recommended!

Great customer service from the time I walked in for a tire replacement. Eric assisted with options to plug tire or replace with new one. He ordered a new one to match the others and explained in full detail. Would highly recommend and definitely going back for any future problems.
