100% honest review here. This was my first apartment ever, and I am so blessed to be able to live somewhere safe, luxury feeling, QUIETTTTTT!!!!! (I am a nursing student, so I need a quiet community away from loud college kids). When I tell you it is so quiet at night I can hear the WIND blowing! I have no complaints and will be renewing my lease even if the rent is raised, I will not leave this community unless I get a job offer out of state. it is amazing, management & staff here is so friendly and smile and care about how you are doing, monthly events/giveaways. No mechanical/appliance/AC issues. The residents are all very kind, quiet, and well-mannered. Dogs are always kept on a leash and cleaned up after. The facility itself is always clean, the elevator occasionally may break (once every couple months), but other than that, I love it here and I am very hard to please, so take my word for it as a picky woman lol.
ALSO: Cobb County Police (courtesy) live here, you will always see their cars parked here, and are always here to ensure safety, which I have never experienced, and that is amazing to have people on site in case they hear/see anything suspicious. It's basically a PD on site. I feel very protected here as a young woman living alone, so if safety is an issue, this is the place.

My experience at The Ellison has been wonderful. The move-in process was seamless, and Cheryl, along with the entire staff, has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. The facility is consistently clean and peaceful, and the management team goes above and beyond with thoughtful gestures for the residents. I absolutely love my apartment! If you’re considering making The Ellison your home, I highly recommend it!

I spent a LOT of time looking at apartment communities all over Cobb county and I'm thrilled to have found The Ellison.
While not inexpensive, the apartments and grounds are very nice, decently sized, and clean. The amenities are plentiful and well-kept.
Another huge selling point compared to other communities: you can get REAL high speed internet from a REAL internet provider, as opposed to the shared, no-name junk you find at other communities. As an IT professional largely working from home, this was a critical factor and I can confirm that there are zero internet issues here.
Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Bobby, Cheryl, and Reggie who've been so helpful and personable throughout my entire move to The Ellison. They've really helped me feel confident in my decision to call the Ellison home by answering all of my questions and resolving issues...all with a smile and friendly attitude, which is much appreciated.
All that said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Ellison if you're in the market for an apartment in Cobb County.

I absolutely love my new apartment home and the leasing consultant is amazing. He stayed a little late to ensure my move in process was nothing short of amazing. The communication is stellar and I am very happy with my decision. Great job to the Ellison team!

This place fell off significantly after Megan left (Megan is amazing). The hallway is smelly and seldom cleaned. Can't expect a phone call from the office. Dog waste everywhere and nobody cares. Alarms are beeping constantly.

The Ellison is awesome! The property is great, amenities are fabulous and the management team is so supportive and helpful. The apt is very clean & love that this is a no smoking community & pet friendly! We are very happy with our apt! The leasing deals are very good as well.

I am not a resident; I was simply delivering a DoorDash order to one of the residents. I couldn't reach the resident despite having the code they provided, so I decided to leave the items in the main office to ensure they would still receive them.
When I arrived, the office was open, though no one was inside, so I left the order there and was leaving the facility when a woman approached me. She was dressed casually in shorts and a T-shirt, looking sweaty. She asked what I was doing, and I explained that I was delivering a DoorDash order. I hesitated to explain further because she didn't identify herself as a staff member of the complex.
She informed me that leaving the order there was not allowed and instructed me to go to the gate. I had already tried the gate several times and called the resident multiple times without success. To ensure the resident received their order, I placed it in the leasing office, which I thought was the most convenient spot. I also messaged the resident to inform them of the situation.
Eventually, I received a call from DoorDash and was able to access the gate. Overall, I found the interaction with this particular individual unpleasant. It did not reflect well on the complex. This feedback is meant to encourage the staff at The Ellison to treat everyone with respect and to properly identify themselves as employees when interacting with visitors.

I LOVE the Ellison! Living here has been nothing short of perfection and luxury. Whenever we need maintenance to fix something, they get it done within the day or so, and Anna in the front has always been so helpful with all of our needs! ❤️

Absolutely love living here!!!!!!! I was eying this place since they started building it. The staff is so kindhearted, beautiful, and more than eager to help!!! Anna especially! She will jump on helping you as soon as you bring something to her attention. Everything is kept cleaned and satanized. It has an amazing location, 5 min away from all basic shopping needs, and maybe 10 min away from them mall and KSU. You are close to a fire, and police station, Kennestone Hospital, and Sunday morning farmers markets.

Whoever is in apartment 1212 is so loud!!!! All you hear is constant furniture moving and/or arguing or groups of people being loud yelling. No type of decency and respect for the people around them at night when trying to sleep. I work a 10 hour job and had countless sleepless night due to their rudeness. Please address this issue in the 1000 building!!! This can’t keep happening.
