I had the worst customer service at The Children’s Place in kennesaw by the manager. If I could give them NO stars, I would. I called to make sure my order that I placed online is ready to be picked up because I didn’t get an email confirmation and after being in hold for 10 minutes, I decided to callback multiple times and after telling her I couldn’t be placed on hold anymore. She answered me saying “what do you want!” I told her I just wanted to check the status of my order she then asked for my name and did not provide me with the pick up date she just told me to go by the screenshot I had when I placed my order since I did not get an email. I asked her what was her name. She said “ you don’t need to know my name” and hanged up on me. Very rude customer service. I’ll be happy to talk to corporate about this employee. My call was made 10/14/23 starting at 2pm.

Sometimes The Children's Place can be challenging dealing with them and their various issues. But I must say Yolanda and Stephanie at the Town Center location have fabulous customer service skills. Really like these two they're helpful accommodating and always pleasant. Thank you so much Children's Place for employing nice people like these two!

Drove 30min to pick up an online order. After waiting nearly 3hrs at the mall for it to be ready. Stoped to pick it up only had one item in stock. Even dwo the store did not have a problem charging me the full amount for the 4 items they did not have in stock. Want ever purchased anything in the future from any childrens place stores.

If I could give my experience at this store zero stars I would. Hearing a manager talk to an employee the way I did today was beyond unprofessional. Belittling your employees or any person in general is unacceptable and cruel and she should not be in a position over people if that is the way she handles things.

Today, I came into the store looking to pick something for my daughters graduation pictures. I am a new mom and felt overwhelmed by the selections. I didn't feel that way for long because Brittney was so helpful and engaging! She asked me questions about the theme of the photoshoot and helped me curate pieces that made me feel very confident about the soon to be pictures! Thank you Brittney for your amazing customer service!

Very disappointed! I placed an order online and received an email stating it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the ores was NOT ready and they only had ONE item in store from what I ordered! It really ruined everything for me ! I have a funeral to go to tomorrow and I won’t have time to check another store ! The associates in the store weren’t able to tell me anything other than someone lied about filling the order , but they helped as much as they could, I guess.

If I could give NO stars I sure would! Today I waited patiently at a register I WATCHED the employees sanitizing, for her to rush to a DIFFERENT register to help someone other than me. Then she proceeded to let me stand there while she ignored me and helped more customers!!! I know she saw me, after I saw her help a different customer for the second time, I began yelling “YOU ARE SO RUDE” both employees who were there didn’t say anything to me! I had 2 small children and a large stroller and the cashier had to bypass me to even get back to her register and she acted as though she didn’t see me at all. Long dark hair cashier. Another employee with platinum hair and blue color highlights in it was just as much at fault because she could’ve logged in to the register to help as well! Had she told me it was closed I would’ve understood but that was by far the most disrespectful thing that has ever happened at a Children’s Place.

Over priced, they do not mark the prices the same as the online prices. Buyer Beware!!! The customer service by Shaun was without purpose and lacked people skills. Shaun does not like to work. This store is the reason online shopping has become successful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The store was messy, the staff was extremely unfriendly and not helpful and the sales signs were very misleading. The sales girl was extremely rude regarding jeans that were on sale according to the signs but refused to honor it the sale price at the register. This place is a dump!

Customer service is lacking at this location! I went in to exchange 2 pair or jeans for a different size and I did not have a receipt, I got the same cut and everything just not the same shade because they were out. The RUDE cashier said they have to be the same color too, and I explained to her they were out. She proceeded to tell me “sorry, you will have to go to another store if you want to exchange them for the same color, we can't do anything hereâ€. So what she is telling me is, I need to drive around to exchange a $9 pair of jeans that was a Christmas gift but the wrong side?!? This is absolutely ridiculous! If this is how they handle their loyal customers, I will carry my business elsewhere and I will spread the word not to shop there either!

I love this store a Employee named Samantha was so nice and helps me and my sister with everything. She had a lot of work but stopped to answer every question and was patient with us because we had 6 children with us. I will continue to visit this store i cant say the other places was so patient.
