This is a follow up from a previous review that was not so good. The great news is this location has a new service manager-Hunter Moss. Not only is he personable he took care of everything as expected and he went above and beyond to make sure this visit was nothing but perfect. I am so glad that Tesla has stepped up their game at this location and Hunter should be commended for pointing this service center in the right direction!Thank you so much for the best service! I really appreciate it.

One of the many issues in seeing with Tesla is a lack for service standards. We tried to purchase a Tesla for my mom and ended up backing out because there was zero communication from the store. Mobile service is hit or miss, they will send you a message but when you have more questions they will never reply. At the store they recommend that you text and when you do, they never reply. I have had one issue after another with the car since buying it (for a full price before all the cuts) and now the car is worth half of what I paid for it, a year later. Really reconsidering Tesla as a whole due to the poor owner experience, I would never have this level of frustration with a Audi or BMW… I paid luxury price like many owners and get treated like in driving a cheap Kia …. Things went down hill at this location when Bill left ….

They did a great job they are very patient and showed us how to use our vehicle. Friendly customer service! Use my name and they will give you a Tesla overnight. I recommend everyone to order and take delivery here at Kennesaw Tesla.

-My test drive at this location was a great experience! Easy to book appointment. They let me drive alone with good instructions.-my delivery was also here, and it took me 2.5 hours. Staff were busy and lack of knowledge about paperwork. Only 4 signatures and it took them more than 2 hours to find out what documents needed. They were friendly though. Hope my next experience with them will be better

I had an alignment done on my Model 3 at the service center and had a great experience. Caleb went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct with my car before I left. Highly recommend this location for Tesla service.

I received amazing customer service from Oliver during my visit. I stopped by the facility to ask a few general questions about the brand and various models - and let's just say I ended up purchasing a brand new Model 3 that same day particularly because of Oliver's advice and information provided. Oliver (and Donnie) was extremely thorough in detail, was a good listener/addressed every question I had and provided me with much needed information prior to making such a large life purchase. However, Oliver is the ONLY rep I would recommend you work with at the location. If it weren't for Oliver, this review would have 1 star instead of 3.To be completely transparent about this store as a whole - the rest of the staff that I encountered was probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked into the showroom and at least 3 different staff members made eye contact with me and proceeded to just stand around or go back looking onto their computers, no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. I finally spoke to a rep named Karina, in which she was extremely condescending, rude and plain unhelpful. On numerous times as I was speaking to and asking her questions, she would be on her phone texting or scrolling on her computer and give rude responses back. I do not know any of the other rude staff's names - because no one cared to check on me or introduce theirselves, but just be warned that when coming to this Tesla facility, you are walking into a 50/50 service experience - it could either be phenomenal with the help of Oliver or it could leave you never wanting to spend your hard earned money given the terrible customer service from Karina and the rest of the staff.

One of the worst service centers I have encountered. It took them 10 days to diagnose a problem with the navigation. Calls to check on the status were met with the same canned answer that "it's still in diagnostics." When I got the car back, the software version was just rolled back to a version from last year, and miles down the road I get a message on my screen that the low-voltage battery needed to be replaced. As a bonus, hours after I picked up my car, the customer service rep leaves me a voicemail that she has an update on my car. You're kidding me, right? Not wanting to deal with the service center anymore, I was able to get the mobile service to replace the battery, which resolved all the issues. They had no loaner vehicles available, and had to use the $100 of Uber credits per they offered, which were woefully inadequate to cover my daily rounds. Had I know a simple computer problem would taken more than 2 days to work with no loaner car, I wouldn't have sent it in for service. Amateur work and amateur customer service, though on second thought, this doesn't apply because amateurs actually try to do a good job. This was the worst combination of laziness and ineptitude in the both the work and customer service. Strong recommendation to avoid this service center.

I had a great test drive and delivery experience on Sept 30 at this service center! Devin made sure we able to test drive multiple vehicles and then helped me save a bunch of money by looking at the existing inventory! On the day of my pickup, they had freshly washed my brand new Model Y and the car was in perfect condition. They were also great with communication about delivery status and pick up times. This was a stress free car buying process. All the other individuals I interacted were invested in making sure we had a great experience. Thanks Tesla Team @ Kennesaw!

This review is just for the service center in Kennesaw. I own a 2023 Model 3, while I think the car is great, Tesla still suffers from huge quality problems when building cars. I had a problem with my driver side window since the day I bought my car. Whenever I am going highway speeds or just 40+ and you roll down the window and auto roll it back up until it stops, you could hear a lot of wind noise, give it a tap down and it seals right up. Problem is giving it a tap down is not secure and the window rattles and I could not always get it in the right position. This can get very annoying especially since I do roadtrips Nashville to Atlanta 3-4 times a month. This was visit number 6 and the 4th different Tesla service center I have taken my car to. Finally, a center that actually let me ride with them and let me detail my problems. They had a tech drive the car and the advisor in the back seat. Had my car for ~4 days and finally my car is fixed within specs. The employees here were great, I will say I could tell folks were rolling their eyes in their head when I was saying wind noise and it being abnormal, but I give them credit for at least being the only center to take a trip on the highway with me in the car as well. I will definitely be back to this center, I currently live in Nashville, TN but moving to Atlanta and the Kennesaw area. But I will make the roadtrip just to go to this service center as the one in Nashville did not come close to helping to address this problem. Thanks Kennesaw team!

We really wanted our first EV experience to be awesome but sadly it was a disappointment from the minute we walked in. We were first greeted by a snarky little girl who had a terrible attitude as soon as we walked in. She herded us in with other customers to sign in and then told us to wait in an area to be called when our car was ready. I made the "mistake" of going to the bathroom which is located on the other side of the showroom and as I was walking back to my seat I was scolded by the little tyrant and told to go back to my area. I didn't take the trouble to explain that I was using the bathroom, I'm 43 I don't need permission anywhere else I go these days. lol While I was at the restroom I saw the coffee area and had hoped to grab a coffee while we waited but all the keurig cups were empty except herbal tea which no one wants to drink. =( You'd think buying one of their 40-90k cars would warrant a free coffee or soda but I guess not. lol The rude attitude, scolding for going to the bathroom, and lack of coffee is trivial so I could overlook it but then when our car was ready we went to inspect it and that's where the real disappointment began. We were told to look over the car bc they don't cover the cars when they ship them from CA so we looked it over and there was rubber and road debris all over the car as well as a drip in the pain and greasy handprint on the drivers interior. We asked our rep about it and he was nice but came out with a rag and some cleaner but found there were way too many spots with melted rubber on the car to remove by hand so he brought it back into the shop to have them buff out all the melted rubber and chips from being hauled unprotected. Once he brought it back out it was still dirty with bird poop on the outside, the hand print on the interior was still there and a lot of the rubber as well. By then the angry girl who initially greeted us comes over and gets involved, she explains to us she's been working for Tesla for "9 years" and how they have tons of cars to get out so its probably just dirty bc their staff is so busy. Guess what we don't care, you buy a "new" vehicle it should not have melted rubber all over the back end, bird poop, and greasy fingerprints on the interior. She keeps focusing on the bird poop like we're extra for asking the car be clean when delivered but the poop wasn't the problem it was the rubber and adhesive stuck to the car and the black handprint on the cloth, we don't know if those will come off or if they've possibly damaged the paint on a new car so we need to have it clean before we can properly inspect the car. Then she goes on to tell us she'll send us a video on how to buff the car and my wife nearly loses it, we know how to buff our car but that's not our job when we buy a new car. At bare minimum we need it clean for us to inspect so forgive me but I didn't bring my wash buckets and buffer to the dealership to buy my new car. Finally they got it cleaned up and we just decided to sign off on the paint despite the drip defect bc we just wanted to get out of there before my wife stripped down for a cat fight with this rude little girl from Tesla but we drove off only to see that handprint we'd been told would be fixed was still there and we'll have to hopefully get it to come out on our own. We love the car despite the horrible customer service we received when buying it and still huge Elon fans so no offense to the man in charge but for all those buying see if you can pick your vehicle up at another location bc this one sucks mainly due to the short little girl with the terrible attitude. We just bought a C8 corvette from Jim Ellis Chevrolet and let me tell you that it was a much more enjoyable experience, we were treated with respect and our car was near spotless when picked up! Maybe the manager from this location should call them for some tips on customer service. =)

We ordered a Tesla model three on inventory and had it shipped to the Kennesaw store. It took a little bit of time to get a hold of the team via phone but in person they were wonderful. The car was in excellent condition and they answered all the questions that we had. Kayla was great help and a pleasure to work with!It was really nice not dealing with sales people, but rather those just there to help you get settled in your car and get the Tesla experience.

Really good experience. Scheduled a test drive by calling (or website). Really nice ‘non-sales’ people at this location. Drove the car by myself after an introduction to features. Ordered the on the website. Received regular updates via text. Amazing! (Thanks Diana!)

Karen, the GM, and Joe at the service center left me extremely impressed. Their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. They both stayed well past 6pm on a Friday to help me better understand the root cause of cracked glass. I could think of a few better ways to spend my Friday evening if I were in their shoes. They stuck around for as long as needed without making me feel rushed.
