Nice, neat store with a clean restroom, right by the front entrance. They are as good as Wal-Mart. You can find nice men's, women's, and children's clothing. The makeup section was well stocked and delightfully lit up. We came for bedding and found some great decorative pillows and sheets. Don't know why I do not remember to shop at Target. This location even has a grocery section and a pharmacy. I do not believe that they do car repairs. We received good customer service Overall, maybe I will shop there more often. For the Starbuck's lovers, there is one next to the front door.

**REPOSTING since for some reason my family can’t see my comment. ?**I just wanted to take time to share the utterly unacceptable experience from your Warner Robins, GA store. I am currently 6 months pregnant and will soon be a first time mom in March.Over the course of a month I’ve visited this store—not once or twice, but THREE times—in attempt to receive my Welcome Box for starting my first baby registry with Target because of how much I’ve enjoyed shopping there for over a decade. It’s ridiculous that such a gift is promised, yet each time I’ve either been told “They don’t tell us when we’ll receive the gift boxes.”, or “Try coming back in 2 weeks.”…only to waste my time yet AGAIN because there are STILL zero gift boxes to give.I am appalled that something so special, so important can be tainted so immensely by a business you’ve entrusted to fulfill your needs for as long as I have. Everyone who’s ever been a first time mother knows the importance of a registry, and the amount of thought and effort it takes to fill it with items your baby will need. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service & compassion towards this once special opportunity.Very disappointing @target , and I will be sharing my experience with your Corporate office and be sure to leave my detailed review of my experience under the Warner Robins, GA store website.- Yours truly, a disappointed customer.

Target is always clean, reliable, and have everything you need. They have their own niche to separate them from others and you can additionally shop online as well.

9/11/23. I was told I should leave target because. "Your commitment's "Made some of the staff feel uncomfortable" The associates that approached me did it off to the side to make themselves look better. Treating a customer like that is bad customer service! I have been diagnosed with anxiety & PTSD among other problems. Anyway they try to take away your Freedom of speech! Just because they don't like something you say that they don't feel is socially or/ politically correct. I do not suggest anyone go to this target. Maybe shop online at Amazon or Walmart instead! Maybe we should start shop at small business instead!

Just a few hours ago, I left this area. On a Saturday, but it was still an incredibly busy place. There is a need for more parking, and even though there is a crosswalk in front of the store when customers are leaving the lot, it is still risky due to the jam-up of traffic moving to other shops on the plaza. The quality of customer service is merely decent. However, I did see a fire hydrant outside of its intended location and on the floor. It was certainly disorganized in the vitamin department. I also noticed a riding cart that wasn't charging. The whole mood was quite gloomy, the track lights could have been brighter, and the rest of the lighting needs work. Simply an average experience.

Attempted to utilize Target’s drive up option at Midtown Atlanta location. I utilized the term “option” as they’re not worthy of the term”service”! Worst retail experience in 20 years with two African American women who are so horrific in character they refused to wear name badges or share their names! Target thanks to hiring these tow inhumane rude disgusting insensitive characters, have hit there all time lowest on any customer service record. Lastly, there are no mangers onsite at this location pass 5pm. The last woman said this os business

If you get someone on the phone I'll personally pay you 10$. Customer service being the number 1 priority at target and it being the lowest possible priority at this particular store is troubling to say the least. Just terrible. They clearly don't care at all about brand standards and because of that, my question regarding the purchase of 5 TV's is going to Best Buy. Thanks for absolutely nothing you guys. Only reason I tried was because you are directly next door to my office but after being hung up on 3 times I think it's safe to say you've lost a customer.

This Target is awful! The store and it's bathrooms are filthy! For the size of the store, they do have enough people working there! Not enough cashiers and only 4 self-checkout registers equals long wait times! I will not be back!!

Great store and location! Tons of parking available. Clean store and pretty organized. Employees are all very sweet and friendly. Drive-up option available and super convenient. They have cashier lanes available or you can use their self-check out lanes.

Super early at this Target and thank goodness. I had an emergency gift that needed to be purchased. They were open and there was a pretty deep crew at the registers who helped me select and purchase two gift cards, choose a value and be on my way. Thank you! I was in and out in ten minutes with my gift cards. Fabulous! [Review 17321 overall - 511 in Georgia - 839 of 2022.]

This Target is located in Barrett Pavilion shopping center alongside Old Navy, Total Wine and REI. This store is the anchor of the center, so parking is never an issue. The lot is quite large, well maintained with multiple entry and exit points. The interior of the store is always clean, well stocked, maintained, organized and has seen many updates throughout the years. They have all the best parts of Target including the updated self-care area, CVS pharmacy and of course, Starbucks! Service is always on point here, as it is at majority of Target locations. There is usually staff to be found on the floor and the cashiers are usually decently friendly and efficient. Overall, never had an issue with this Target location and it is one of the better Targets in the area!

I visit this target regularly and it is pretty ok, however, this is the first time I used the restroom and I'm so disappointed at how bad they are, the smell was horrible, very dirty floors and trash bins were a mess.

This is probably the best target I have been to! If you love their self care aisles you will love this locations set up. They have EVERYTHING! My boyfriend even loves to come and shop their men's section for his needs while I keep busy looking into their different scrubs and face masks. Another thing I love about this location is their employees you can't go wrong with good people, you just can't. Also Starbucks, I know they are in all of the locations but this one is my favorite. Also like most targets, this location has the gifts and nick nacks in the front near the entrance. It has the clothes and accessories to the left behind the seasonal sections. In the middle is the toys and office supply's. In the back is entertainment and technologies, and on the right is a small amount of convenient groceries.

I meant to write this review about a week ago but it completely slipped my mind! This happened Monday, July 13, 2020!! I just moved back to Georgia from the West Coast and my friend was kind enough to drive me to Target to help find some shampoo/bodywash (and let's be honest I did do a little search for some new potential Squishmallow friends lol.) As we circled the store and came to the checkout the line was OUTRAGEOUS with only maybe one or two registers open and we all know those people who go to self checkout but don't know how to work the self checkout so it seemed like we weren't going anywhere anytime soon. SUDDENLY a man in a red shirt with a red mask (I think it was red) RAN out and quickly pointed employees who also RAN to fill the empty registers. He directed everyone to appropriate registers based on their spot in line and amount of items they had. He cleared the ENTIRE line, and got everyone checked out SO FAST it was ASTONISHING. (Thank you to all of my checkout employees as well, I'm sure you all have been going through hell but I am SO GRATEFUL for you guys!!) Whoever this man is, HE NEEDS A RAISE. He needs to know how GRATEFUL I am for someone to actually step up and give an amazing customer service experience during these crazy uncertain times. Thanks for giving me a wonderful shopping AND checkout experience. If/when I return I will try to find the name of the man but if you know who I am talking about tell them they are doing AMAZING. Sincerely, someone who hates standing in long lines super close to other people and screaming children during a global pandemic
