After reviewing other contractors, my wife and I are glad we picked SuperiorPro. We had a lot done with this project. Starting with Jeff Hall (sales rep). He quoted price for entire project and there were no price surprises in the 2 months for all tasks to be completed. Abby and Andy kept us informed with status updates for all phases of our project with delivery of poducts and installation. The siding and repairs look great. The paint looks great. We could not be more pleased. I would have no problem recommending SuperiorPro! Thank you. On to next project lol.

SuperiorPRO was a pleasure to work with! To start - easy sales pitch, no pushing, they worked with us on financing. Then we had a dedicated project manager (Kenneth - he was awesome) and coordinator (Abby - she was awesome too). They were available to us at all times. They were also very responsive to our calls and questions. Also, we had a dedicated team - the same people came to our house every day to complete our siding and the same team to do all our painting. Each team was on time every day, they showed up when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves every day. We would highly recommend SuperiorPRO for all your siding needs!

We contacted several different siding contractors before deciding on SuperiorPro to help revive the 30-year-old exterior of our home. This was our first experience in dealing with a larger contractor service and we were apprehensive in our expectations. However, we were extremely pleased with the project outcome as well as the friendly professionalism of the entire team that we were fortunate enough to work with during the process.
Abby Asselborn was very helpful in setting up our initial meeting to discuss the scope and cost of the work we were looking to have done. Mike Bergman came to our home and was very thorough in explaining the entire process and timeline for the siding, painting, and new gutter replacement. He kept in touch with us while we reviewed our options and made our decision without applying any high pressure tactics. Once the work began, our project manager, Andy Cardenas, checked in on-site daily to review the work and progress of the crews as well as making sure we were pleased. Each of the crews were friendly, professional, and hard-working. Andy and Abby coordinated each phase of the project efficiently and we were very happy to have the project completed in such a timely manner.
Thank you to the entire team of SuperiorPro for the great work on our home. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience as well as the final results of the project. (Now we just have to deal with people stopping to ask if we're getting ready to move. LOL!)

The price quoted was better than most from the best picks book. Andy and his crew did an incredible job. The repairs were beautifully done and the paint looks incredible. So nice to have my house back to how it should be. Thank you.

Yesterday (9 4 24), my wife and I had the pleasure of having 15 of our home's windows replaced by SuperiorPRO. From the moment we met with a member of their team for the in-home estimate, through the process of ordering the windows, and finally, through yesterday's installation, our experience has been absolutely exceptional. Every member of their team was extremely cordial and engage, inviting us to ask any questions we might have throughout the process. Yesterday's installation was especially impressive. The SuperiorPro team completed the installation in one day; they attended to every detail; and their cleanup surpassed my expectations. Andy, the teams project manager, came by our home a couple of times before the installation to make sure we had all the information we needed or wanted, and to make sure the window measurements were exact. Another member of the SuperiorPro team, Abby, was also exceptional, keeping us informed of the status of our order, ensuring we were ok with the installation schedule, and, again, inviting us to ask any questions we had throughout the process, from the original visit, through installation and followup. Andy and Abby are outstanding representatives for SuperiorPro; and clearly, they reflect the values of customer support and caring shaping the entire organization.

Super pleased with the Hardy overlay on our porch. It was a seamless process working with Abby and the contractor. Once the material was delivered the contractor arrived the next morning and didn’t leave until they were done. Their clean up was meticulous and Abby followed up the next day to make sure the job was done to our expectations. Will def be calling to schedule our exterior painting next year.

This was our first experience using SuperiorPRO for a project and overall it was a very positive experience. They responded quickly to our request to get an estimate and set up an appointment within a couple of days. However, the one glitch we encountered was with the initial estimate. The sales rep miscalculated the cost of the project, with later resulted in a considerable increase in the overall cost.
Our Project Coordinator, Abby Asselborn, was a pleasure to work with. She continually kept us informed of the progress of the project. The materials were delivered as promised and the project began at the agreed upon time. The work crews were very diligent and professional with the siding replacement and subsequent painting and clean-up. Andy Cardenas,the Quality Control Inspector, was always involved and saw that the project was completed with the best results.
We would highly recommend SuperiorPro and will use them for any future projects.

Extremely impressive Hardie board siding replacement experience - A+ all around!
Our project was completed ahead of schedule, even in summer heat! Our coordinator Abby was super responsive and communicative from beginning to end (and even beyond, when we had a follow up billing question a week later!) and our project manager Andy was exemplary, professional and thorough during all phases. SuperiorPRO clearly doesn't try to skate by on shortcuts or half-hearted efforts. They might not be the cheapest option but it was evident that they take real pride in their work and business processes, which is a rare and valuable trait in such a company these days.
Highly recommended for any siding or exterior painting work!

To be honest, if I could give them 0, I would.
The way how they work is nearly a scheme to get the money out of you, and give you multiple excuses or no excuses, just transferring to answering service and not returning the money.
I should have read google reviews, but I didn’t do my homework, I believed Best pick reports. Never again. The rep of the company comes to make an estimate, and everything great, then makes you sign a contract and pay a deposit. However, couple days later, project manager appears, also a very nice guy who says: oh no, so sorry, but we do not do this type of work. And no I cannot give you deposit back, call the office. Of course the office says, yes yes, manager is just to busy now, but he would call you, and no one calls of course. And after multiple calls, just have to call my credit card and stop the payment.
. Don’t follow my path, it’s not only extra headache to get deposit back from Inferior RPO (sorry cannot call Superior), but also I have to look for a different company again to do what needs to be done

We couldn’t be happier! We had interior and exterior painting done. Matt Wallace (sales specialist) gave us a very competitive price. We were given a start date or 4 weeks out but they fit us in within 2 weeks. The job was completed (both inside and out) in 4 days, which was ahead of the 7 days that were initialed quoted. Abbie Asselborn made arrangements to get a great crew out here! Our Quality Specialist, Andy Cardenas, was here daily checking on progress and conferring with the crew. The crew was quiet and worked diligently. I work from home and frequently forgot they were here. The house looks amazing!! Definitely a great experience!!

Just finished 2 projects with Superior Pro. I would highly recommend them for painting and window installation. Andy Cardenas, the project manager and quality inspector, was outstanding.
