Scam artists! I scheduled my complimentary 6000 mile service for my 2023 WRX. I waited for the car. Pick it up and the service writer brings me to cashier to pay my$100+ invoice?!? They claim someone didn't register something, blah blah! It's advertised as 2 year complimentary service and maintenance all over Subarus website. I don't care who didn't do what, figure it out. I paid the bill and left. Don't ever go to this dealership!! Scam artists!

PLEASE DO NOT use this deanship for your Subaru Service. What a scam!! During my recent visit I was told I had a problem that would cost approximately $1000 for a variety of parts and over $4000 for labor costs. Are they kidding? Thank goodness I was able to go to my local mechanic who had done previous work on my Subaru and told me I had been lied to and that I didn't have the problem that I was told. My mechanic said with their parts and labor, to repair the real problem would be a total of $895. He was also shocked that I had to pay the dealer a $189 fee to diagnosis their lie. An online search says that the average diagnostic fee at a subaru dealer is $89-$111. What a disappointment that all honesty is out the window. I definitely would have gone into debt if I had not gotten a second opinion. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save your money and don't fall for the scam!

Very knowledgeable about Subaru’s products.He took time to explain how things work on my Forester.Never pressured my decisions or hard sale any vehicle.Recommend Richard King.Manager and Finance departments introduced themselves to me, making me feel like I was a treasured buyer.

This dealership is WONDERFUL! I went to several places and no success. The sales associate William Howard read my mind when it came to exactly what I needed. I looked at 1 vehicle, the one I bought. I love my Crosstrek!!! I now know why people buy Subaru over and over!!! I will be back!

We are in the search of a new car but haven’t purchased one yet. Out of all the places we have visited so far, we have been treated the best by Subaru of Kennesaw. Mark is knowledgeable and friendly. We hope to find the specific vehicle we are looking for at Subaru of Kennesaw but if we don’t, it’s still nice to know that great salespeople are out there. Thank you, Mark!

Subaru of Kennesaw was such a pleasant experience. My salesperson was Caleb Davis, who was very friendly & personable. I had been researching vehicles and actually had an appt. elsewhere but thought I'd stop here first. I liked what I had found regarding the Crosstrek. Caleb & I discussed the vehicle and then I took it for a test drive. After owning another make of vehicle for 30 years I was happily surprised at the comfort in this vehicle. Plus the interior dash is an attractive design & the large screen gets a thumbs up. There were options that were a must have and this car had them.(wireless phone charger yes) The financial end went smooth and no hidden costs or price gouging like another local business does.The exterior look is sharp & is the new Alpine Green color. I have had people stop to ask me about the car.This was a great great experience Thank you Caleb and Kennesaw Subaru.

I recently purchased a new Subaru from this dealer. It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesaw did not live up to the pervious experience and the experience had been so bad that I no longer want to deal with Subaru. This deal has 0 customers service, they do not return calls and are a bear to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I had a great experience at Subaru. Ralph was my salesman he was superior. I like the way he handled the sales over the phone. He answered all my questions and I had alot of them. He explained everything very well. It did not take long at the dealership. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made buying a new car very easy. Thank you RALPH. I love my new car. I will tell others about the experience I had with Ralph and Subaru.

When we arrived to look at a used Hyundai Elantra, John Melchiore came out and greeted us in the parking lot. He helped us with the car we were looking at and was very friendly throughout the whole process of buying the car. He was even was able to get us a lower cost than what was listed online. Overall the process was extremely smooth and they even offered to touch up some spots on the car that had some paint chipped off of it. And on top of that the car was in excellent condition!

My salesman, Ralph Kurland, came highly recommended by my daughter, who purchased an Outback last year. So I called him an set up an appointment. I had a variety of three models that I wanted to test drive. Ralph is so very knowledgeable about all of their vehicles, patient with my many questions, and thoughtful and thorough with his answers. He is a great listener and provided input to what might be the best match for me, and why. I needed to reflect about all I saw that day. Ralph was completely understanding and respectful that I was not making a decision day one. Three days later I called him again and made an appointment to sit down with him to order my new Forester. There are many options and again he walked me through each one. The entire experience was perfect.

We started the process via text with John Melchiore. Very professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Matched the best deal we could find in the SE and saved us from taking a road trip. Allowed us to secure the vehicle with a small deposit and then was truly focused on showing us all the new features that came on our new 23’ ascent. We were coming from an 07’ legacy which served us great! Look forward to many years with this new purchase. Thanks again John!

I love my car. ** this should really be for one star, but I wanted to make sure people could see this. **This Subaru location is awful. Their maintenance could care less and does not go to the extent to make sure your car is fixed. This happened three times with my 2023 car. They claimed that it was because of the factory engine. They disclosed that they never did a check on my car before selling it to me. This resulted in my 2023 car being towed twice in May of this year. I gave them the benefit of doubt then but my husbands Subaru of 2018 needed to be fixed. They kept it for two days doing the bare minimum both days and not giving us a rental because there was not one “available” on lot. Then we get the “fixed” car and it was not. They admitted to not test driving it and once again said they will keep it to do another “diagnostic test”. We will not have a car for 6 days now. They still did not have an “available” rental car. We will never be using their service again. And tell anyone who will listen why. I recommend my Subaru, it’s an amazing car but the people at Subaru of Kennesaw NEVER.

My ’23 Forester Premium makes Subaru number 3 for me. Subaru of Kennesaw made car buying easy with no pressure, plenty of resources to decide about your purchase & a helpful staff when the time is right. I looked at other makes, but never got the same feel of comfort that I did with Subaru of Kennesaw. From an initial visit in February to an order placed in late June, there was never any pressure. Stephanie Nathanael showed me cars, answered questions and guided me in my purchase. The Subaru website and dealer website are excellent research resources to make a very informed decision about what you want for a model, trim, as well as option packages. I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process. Taking delivery was simple with no hidden fees, adjustments or mark-ups & explained thoroughly by Bill Scarbrough. If you want a quality vehicle and a good sales experience, give Subaru of Kennesaw a look.

I just got my new forester yesterday. I love it! It's fun to drive. Morris did such an outstanding job telling me everything I needed to know about the car. It is my first Subaru and first SUV. He was so thourough and introduced me to everyone. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It was a really good expertience.

Wonderful experience. Was quick an easy to get a new car. William helped me set my phone up, ordered another key for me to make sure I had two, and then went and filled the gas tank up for me. So happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back to purchase a second Subaru.
