I’ve gotten food poisoning from here several times?. Also when you have a grub hub order, employees barely acknowledge you. You stand there and wait for 20 minutes just for someone to walk over, and even then you have like a 30% of them asking for ur name and order

I’ve never seen this color of Strawberry Acai Lemonade. I asked them to remake one since it was TOOO bland, and they told me I had to pay extra. Seriously? I can’t even drink what I wanted, even though I paid for it. INSANE.

genuinely some of the rudest employees i’ve ever met. whoever was working register 6/21 was soooo rude about me asking for an iced water. rolling her eyes and acting like i’m an incredible inconvenience. ?

My drink had a rotten strawberries in it and the employee refused to make me a different one or give me a refund. They said that since the strawberries are freeze dried "they don't go bad". I beg to differ.

Tell me how I literally dropped my plastic reusable cup at school and went in to try to get just a replacement for the bottom since it literally SHATTERED and it’s plastic… and the manager just tried to convince me I RAN OVER MY OWN CUP ? (LOL) and then when I told her I dropped it she said if she was to drop a cup right now it wouldn’t even break how mine did… rude, literally trying to say that I didn’t even drop it what… wild. Just bought this cup on Friday but no longer haha. Wasn’t even gonna write a review bc I get they can’t replace it That’s fine but it’s the manager trying to say I ran it over for me…

I placed an order through GrubHub at around 10:30. 11:00 rolled around and not only had my order not been made yet, but other people who had ordered after me were getting their orders made first. I had a class at 11:15 so of course I was annoyed and brought it up, the woman working just passively aggressively said “We’re making orders as we get them”. Then why were other people who ordered AFTER I did served before me??? I completely understand what it’s like to work in customer service and be understaffed - it’s a feeling I know all too well. But it’s simply unfair to prioritize the orders of people who ordered after me and cause me to be late to class, especially when I ordered early.

I hardly ever order from Starbucks but today I decided to do so. I placed my order through GrubHub at 3:10 , I arrived at the building at 3:15 ish. I sat there from 3:15-3:35 for about 20 mins until I finally gave up and I choose to walk out because I had somewhere to be. I try to be patient as a customer because I know what it’s like to be on the receiving end in the fast food industry, but it’s just really frustrating to sit there and watch them habe 6 baristas out on duty and there taking there sweet time. I saw numerous amounts of people who ordered after me , that got there drink before I got like (which I never did). Like I said I understand how busy customer service gets and I understand how stressful it can be but there’s some standards that you need to have , and one of them is not taking your sweet to make the drinks.

As a barista at another Starbucks, this has to be the worst one I’ve been to. They had not started my drink and I told them I forgot to order a milk alternative since I can’t have regular milk. The lady just rolled her eyes and told me I had to go back in line and order the drink again. At any other starbucks location, this would not happen. If someone told me this I would’ve made their drink no problem. The people were very rude and it definitely did not feel like I was welcome.

lol literally retarded. I can't get light ice in my drink because they have a shortage on their materials. That's fine I just don't want that much ice in my drink but they filled it all the way to the top with ice after I told them 3 times. If I wanted a lot of ice I would've just went to Dunkin.
