I went for Christian night, but it should have been called Gospel night. I always enjoy being able to skate contemporary Christian music. It is always a good day to skate.

This review is based on the food only! It's terrible. I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and nachos. Never in my life have I had disgusting combinations of all of these things. I mean how can you mess up nachos. Everything taste like chemicals. I tried to speak to someone about that but after waiting about 10 minutes with no one showing up, I left it alone.

Fun place for anyone serious about Roller skating. Sound system great for music, a little muddy on speech announcements making hard to understand. Liked the adult only evening opportunities.

Clean facilities and Friendly staff. The food was good as well. The skates, training bars were available and cleaned/sanitized and skate trainer KJ was super helpful with the kids and adults who were new to skating. All the games worked as well. We will be going back soon my granddaughters loved the experience.

Brought my granddaughter & her BFF there for her bday. The kids had a wonderful time. The food was less than average, certainly not enough for the money we paid and $1.00 for refills? No!

Have been going to Sparkles for years. I asked management to ask a young man who had a vulgar word on his shirt to have him turn it inside out....this is a family rink....let's just say he is still out there with the shirt on....verryyyyy disappointed. I don't bring my kids here for that...

Had a great time for adult night. The music was amazing and the vybe was chill. Great evening out. Cost 17+tax for one ticket w skates.

The staff was friendly and the building was clean. I wish they would have made it a little more dim. I’m also not a huge fan of skating on concrete, but it was okay.

I am writing this review after experiencing a series of unfortunate circumstances at your facility. To began, we booked a party plan and upon arrival to the “VIP” room, none of the included services had been set up. My guests and I had to decorate for my daughter which was not acceptable. Secondly, a huge safety concern arose when one of the children got her leg stuck in the netting of the playground and none of the employees could figure out how to render aid in a timely and efficient manner. The young child was hurt and traumatized while the safety officers stood there with no solution on how to free the child. When asked how to get to the crying child they simply said “I don’t know”. There was not even any type of first aid kit offered.
Then to complicate matters further, the cards given out for the children to use for games were faulty and did not function as intended. The most devastating part of the experience was seeing the scared look on the children’s face when the police were called to escort us out for being “unruly”. We never raised our voices and always communicated our needs to staff in a calm and respectful manner. It was truly shocking as we stood at the counter trying to pay our bill only to be approached by officers stating we needed to leave. We were never asked to leave and in fact we’re told we could stay in the facility until the place closed. Communication and training need to be greatly improved at that facility. Not only was it traumatic and frightening for the children to witness the police being called on their mother but it was unnecessary and embarrassing to be treated in such a degrading manner. Furthermore, I have reached out to management and the owners just to be ignored and advised that they agree with the steps taking. Never contacting me.

Do not spend money in the arcade. Half the games don't work, they take the swipe and then do nothing.
Kids aren't happy.
