Best sonic experience, I’ve ever had. It definitely would not have happened without Crystal and her wonderful. Her and her staff gave extraordinary customer service. For starters, she answered the phone when I called the location to see if their ice cream machine is working and is there any made up payment conditions that they have going on. She asked me what would bring me to ask such questions and I explained to her how the Thornton Rd location is operating. Always saying their ice cream machine is down, missing parts, or it’s already been cleaned. However it’s like 7pm and they’re saying that they cleaned it already. When Crystal heard the story, she reassured me that’snot how her store operates and that I could come to her store. Which I did, once I got there and ordered my milkshake. Her and her staff provided fast and extraordinary customer service. Definitely, will always go to this location and so should everyone else, 10/10.

This location is very good, great staff and food, needs to be remodeled as their drive thru is damaged and the building overall but they have a great service.

Hours are WRONG, they close at 10:00pm and app allowed me to make an order at 9:55pm. Proceeded to watch the employees goofing around dumping buckets of water on eachother for fifteen minutes. Nobody bothered to say they closed at ten and they continued to ignore five other cars that pulled up in that time. Had to walk up and knock on the door to find out they closed. Not coming back to this location. I will be calling corporate to get a refund.

Slowest fast food service. Saw two workers smoking in the back for 25 minutes, yes, I timed it. Took 45 min to get food. Happens every time. Last time I come here.

Took 30 minutes of having to click the button and getting kicked out of the screen 4 times and nobody taking the order would not recommend this store.

Whoever was working the headset for the drive thru on 2/24 at 6:28pm provided the absolute worst service. What is “come to the window” ? Why is there a 10 min plus wait time for 2 drinks with a total of 4 cars on the lot?

Went through the drive thru and met crystal. I can fully say she is one of the most kindest, caring and dedicated people I have ever met. Talked to me with such care and compassion, and she was all alone working while there were 10+ cars in line. Don’t understand why she had to go through that alone but she did an amazing job holding it down and keeping it together all with a smile on her face. I hope I see her again next time I go, she made my night with her kindness!

I pulled up and pressed the button to order the food it took about 10mins for someone to come on and say can I help you. once I ordered my food she yells something I asked what did she said and there went silence. So I waited a few minutes and just went to the drive thru. The attitude of the workers is unbelievable. I told them to cancel my order there is no way in hell I’m giving you my money with the attitudes the lady had. Please start over and hire people with customer service experience

In the time that it takes to go through the drive thru, you can actually go to, and finish up at, a sit down restaurant. I'm not kidding, it takes at MINIMUM 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. The servers are rude and the owner is the rudest of them all. I honestly have no idea how this location is still in business.
