“for anyone who wants to complain about this business, I suggest you go to the terrible place on Baker and Jiles in the Publix Shopping center there. you will see what true terrible service is. Everytime I've gone to to Mail Copy, I've always gotten a professional and friendly experience. Some of the people who complain about this place have no clue. This is a business, they need to generate a profit to stay open. paper, boxes, tape costs money people don't come expecting a handout and then leave a 1 star rating because you had to spend money. If I need something notarized, shipped, copied, or if I need a mailbox this is my go to place in the area.”

“I've been going to this UPS store since 2020. The best service years have been 2023/2024 (so far). If there's ever a line, it goes quick. Customer service is above expectations. No nonsense stuff like employees chatting it up or playing games on their cell phones while customers are waiting in long lines (I'm looking at you, USPS!) Store is always clean. Thank you!”

“Like many others this was a FashionNova order. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my estimated delivery date was very unclear and all wrong. The reviews on here had me nervous all day, so I figured I'd leave a good review so people don't stress as much as I did. Shop app said out for delivery at 5:11AM in Kennesaw, GA. That's 45-60 mins away from where I live. Shop app also said "Out for delivery: Arrives Tomorrow." Why would it be out for delivery today, but arrive tomorrow? Luckily, my package was delivered to my front porch today without any issues. The driver marked it as delivered pretty much immediately after putting it on my porch.”
