Attendant did not pre-wash my windshield to get bug goop loosened like the previous owners did. The carwash didn't get the bug goop off of windshield, which was surprising as most carwashes have no trouble removing it. So, after paying $10 for a basic carwash, I still had to scrub my windshield and my side mirrors. The first clue is they provide cleaner and cloths so you can clean it yourself. But that's after you've gone through the carwash. They limit the vacuum time as well. If I wanted to wash my car myself, I'd do it at home. Poor customer service. The previous owners of this carwash were great! Swifty Car Wash is not. Will not use them again.

Don’t go it’s trash!!!!!! Waist of $10 and then when you call to complain they don’t answer the phone and keep you on hold forever. This place is the worst.

Disappointed that I was not able to add tire shine as a monthly member. Advised by Kam that I would have to upgrade my package to include that option. NOT TRUE!!! Other locations will just let me pay for it separately. If you don’t know how to do it, say that —- but don’t tell a long-time customer it cannot be done. Additionally the vacuum hoses do not swing out. Could not reach my back seat area. Hose came apart from the nozzle.
