This was our first time seeing Dr. Davis for our little shih-tzu and we really liked him. He was very kind and answered all of our questions.

Great service inside. But I specifically asked for my poodle to get Bordetella and Leptospirosis shots. I pulled up a photo of the shots required for the dog park. They did not give them to him after the assistant told me they would. I called a month later when I realized and they said he already had them (I adopted him from a previous owner). The paper on the old vet records says in bold at the top “reminder bordetella expires 11/06/23” I went in for that appointment on 11/18/23. For them not to be attentive enough to know when my dogs needed shots EVEN AFTER I had requested them is an absolute no.

I took my cat here to address his hair loss on his lower back. I was told that it was anxiety induced, after they tested for other causes, yet was given no information or treatment options after that. Was told I would be e-mailed an “article” but never got anything. So I left with a bill and nothing to do except be confused why I even went here. I would not recommend anyone come here and I won’t be coming back.

If one of your fur babies suddenly needs emergency care, you obviously want to make sure they’re in the best hands. Well, that was definitely our experience with Shiloh! One evening we noticed that our male cat kept licking his male parts incessantly, so we began monitoring him closely. The next morning, we noticed he kept licking and then tried to use his litter box but produced no urine. At that point we knew he needed to be seen immediately. I called Shiloh to let them know what was going on with our kitty and they admitted him within the hour. Turns out he had a urethral obstruction (UO), which obviously needed urgent care. Dr. Davis and Christian (Vet Assistant) were absolutely exceptional. They were compassionate, extremely communicative, and took great care of our little guy. We really appreciated Dr. Davis calling us with updates on our kitty’s status, being thorough and clear on his explanations, and always giving us opportunity to ask questions. Christian was also wonderful, she explained things thoroughly, gave us food recommendations for extended care, and allowed us to come into the back room to visit our kitty while he was resting. Prior to moving forward with treatment, the staff also provided us with printed price breakdowns to make sure we understood the potential cost of treatment beforehand. Lastly, the entire Shiloh team was beyond fantastic, everyone from the front desk staff to the vet assistants to the veterinaries were kind, friendly, helpful, and offered a smile, which is exactly what you need when your fur baby is in a difficult situation (which can be extremely stressful). Shiloh team, we cannot thank you enough for taking care of our kitty. Thank you so very much for the amazing work you do!!!

This place has become about the absolute worst option in the area, particularly this year. Their front desk staff are absolute trash, bratty girls with condescending attitudes toward anyone unfortunate enough to deal with them on the phone. Their doctors are even worse: "Dr. C" was in such a rush to get out the door for lunch that he euthanized our cat without warning, depriving us of the chance to hold her before she passed. Dr. Hackett will tell you one thing while telling staff another, creating utter confusion that can't be resolved because the staff are barely qualified to answer a phone much less important questions, and Dr. Baird keeps extremely poor notes full of conflicting information and is borderline unreachable because she is so busy elsewhere that she barely shows up here (only in the office 3 days a week, will usually take a good week or more to return calls no matter how urgent the case with her patients).Even on top of all that, their worst offense is the constant moneygrubbing -- EVERYTHING is about profits here, and has been since the practice was sold to become this disgusting new incarnation. Be prepared to get taken for a ride and pressured to pay for just about anything they can convince you that you need, whether or not it can do the slightest bit of good in your pets' situations. If you enjoy that sensation of dealing with sleazy used car salesmen when trying to protect your pets' lives, by all means come on down and shovel money into their greedy hands while your family suffers. If you actually want compassion and quality care, stay far away -- literally any veterinarian in the state of Georgia will provide superior care to what you will find here. Don't make the mistakes we did and lose family members before finally admitting that these people will never change.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Shiloh for well over a decade. The staff are consistently compassionate and go above and beyond to care for our dogs, even when options are limited. Drs. Baird and Cuthbertson take time to listen and have always been our partners in determining upon best courses of action. Without their help, our boxer would likely not be here today due to a severe respiratory illness. We’re grateful for the practice and would recommend them for veterinary care.

Our old cat wasn't well due to kidney issues. We thought we were going to have to put him down. Dr. Baird did blood work and the levels were lower than last time due to the kidney food and fluids 3 times a week. Turns out he had a stomach bug and with some meds and a shot for the arthritis, he is almost as good as new What a great experience!

I thought I needed a travel certificate for my dog. The doctor was very patient in researching what I needed. She was very busy but was willing to help. Because he was boarding the flight and not going in cargo, it turns out I didn't need the extra paperwork. We made it to our destination stress-free. The yiung ladies in reception are also kind. Thanks again.

Used to love this place. But in just shy of a year our annual appointment has gone from 300 to almost 600 dollars and that was after we took a few things off. Well be shopping for a more affordable vet.

They are a very caring vet office. The staff is kind and listened to our issue. We have many animals and will stick with this practice. We came from a horrible experience with another and it is awesome to find Doctors and staff who care about our pet family.

Quick friendly service. Correctly diagnosed our German Shepherd with an intestinal virus and prescribed a medication that he took and ended his diarrhea quickly and seemingly gently for our pet.

We've used them for years. Dr. Baird and Dr. Hackett are great. However, the vet techs do not seem to understand how to handle an anxious, uncooperative cat. Also, I have tried calling twice recently for our other cat because she is sick. Each time I'm told to try again for a same day appt tomorrow or go to the emergency vet. We will be looking for a new vet clinic.
