I gave a single star because this is a nasty, stinking store. After pumping fuel I went to use the bathroom and a woman was in the men's room because their bathroom was closed. There was no soap, and hadn't been cleaned or trashed emptied in at least a week, or more. Floors are dirty. I can only imagine how many bugs crawl this place when the lights are out. I think this place is a health hazzard.

Terrible gas pumps takes 16 minutes to fill up an f150. Not an exaggeration. Yes it's a large tank but I'm done in 5-8 minutes max any other station.

The fountain drink area is quite literally the most unprofessional area a business could have. It is so messy. Went to go get a Powerade, there was no syrup. Then I tried to get a sprite, then ANTS came out of it. The cashier is always nice tho I love her.

Ron the newbie was great he really has excellent customer service get more employees like him, I went in there just last month and had a bad experience glad I went back and gave it another shot, 5stars this way

If you are a cash paying customer at this Shell station and buy something inside the store at the register, be careful and count your change. This store deliberately will shortchange you! It has happened to me 3 times in the past two weeks. Today I called them out on it. These people are thieves! What else do you call someone who deliberately gives you less change than you are owed?

All I needed was air. I normally pump gas hear the answer was no. He made up this story about not being able to turn it on.

I've only been here twice but I have 4 charges on my bank Statements. What they do is authorize a payment twice and what I'm told is... you don't do that "by accident" this gas station is committing fraud and I will be reporting them. Point blank period.
