This shell gas station has found a way not to give shell rewards...my shell rewards is attached to my credit card so I don't have to put my number in...the reason I have it set up that way is because other shell stations was cheating me out my rewards by directing me to another card machine or simply saying the internet is down so I put my card number on the shell rewards app to ensure I get my points. However this place has it set up to decline the card then approve it a few seconds later...it was weird so I questioned it and the clerk said you have to put your number in but it never showed on the screen then he activated the screen to show it after I questioned him...so be aware they are cheating you out your points

Everything in the store is way over priced. Guess they are trying to rob the KSU students. And the gas amount is wrong. It showed one price and charged another. It does not say with or without cash or card. Scam!!!

Stopped to get gas, swiped card at first pump that didn't work..pulled forward to next pump & pumped gas. Got home & had a 50$ charge on card that I didn't do. Called gas station and their corporate office and was told they couldn't do anything about it & because I did swipe my card there, My bank wouldn't dispute charge. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING!! Even spoke to Dawn/mgr. They could care less about customers, and give you a story about what they can't do..when they know good & well they are the ONLY ones who can fix that kind os stuff. Beware of this business and their corporate offices, they own the nearby shell stations too.

Never ordered from this subway before, today I ordered a sub and got three cookies for $1 buck, Sorry but these were the worst cookies I’ve ever had from a subway had to throw them out they were hard as a rock broke one in half and it just crumbled.. and your cookies are like one of my favorites they are always soft and chewy but this time they were not.. only reason I gave a three star is because of the sub that I got was really good..VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Hopefully someone will see this review from this subway…

Went to this gas to check my lotto tickets. One ticket for the mega millions said I won $2 and another ticket $4. The Cashier who happens to be white female, takes my ticket and is standing at the cash register like she doesn't know how to pay out the ticket. She presses some buttons and then says, oh you've already cashed this ticket out at this store. Ticket was sold on December 10th and I had not checked or cashed out the ticket. Any ticket ever cashed out at a gas station they keep the ticket. Why did I still have the ticket? Be ware, cashier is skimming money keeping lotto winnings.

Machines malfunction and you have to enter everything a couple of times before it actually accepts. Very buggy pumps!

Regularly have issues with the pumps either not working at all, the screen malfunctioning, pumping insanely slow (2gallons in 3 minutes), or the pump stopping at 2.6 gallons and ending my transaction. I've been here 7+ Times as a last resort and it never fails to disappoint. I give 2/5 Instead of 1/5 because there is always at least one pump available and the convenient store seems to always be stocked well, although I can't say for sure since I've never been inside

Their vacuum and air cost $1.50 each. That's expensive. The vacuum doesn't have a nozzle so it is just a big round hose. Didn't work very well.

John is amazing!!!! We had trouble with our car and he noticed from inside so he come right out to help.if it wasnt for him we wod have been stranded.great customer service here!
