Amazing customer experience. From the outside waking in, to security with a sign clearly directing traffic, to Dave assisting with engagement ring knowledge, to Ryan having a private moment with my bf to talk finances. 10/10 My BF and I were recommended Shane & Co. by two of our friends/co-workers. The staff made us fill completely welcomed. They talked us through different metals, stones, clarity and so much more. Even when I thought I finalized my decision they allowed the opportunity to make any changes. Thank you so much for the experience.

Stephen was a such a great representative for Shane Co.! He is professional but down to earth and likes to find out about the customer’s lifestyle when helping them with their special ring. He listened and offered advice on how Diamond cuts offer different looks to your engagement ring. At the end of the day, we put together the perfect lifetime set and had a great time doing it. No stress and all smiles! We will definitely work with Stephen the next time we come in. He’s our “go to guy” for sure!

I never go anywhere else. Not even another Shane co location. They have treated me and my fiance here so well. My ring is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. While making it, the jeweler chipped my stone (it’s a soft stone) so they gave me a .35 carat upgrade for free! Plus the warranty. My stone popped out and they didn’t have the exact carat there so they gave us another upgrade! All free. They have been amazing. Sometimes there’s more people then expected so you do have to wait a little bit but that doesn’t mean anyone there cares less. I recommend Shane co to everyone

We love Shane Co. Have a collection of pieces from here. But, on 8/18/23 the warm and fuzzies my husband and I once felt are a bit chilly. We arrived to pick up our sets my husband’s ring that was being repaired due to a loose diamond and my ring that was being modified to raise my stone and add stones to the gallery. This was all done beautifully, but when when went to pick the rings up, a sales associate named Brandon was unprofessional. As we waited in line to collect our items, he passed us almost knocking into my husband then came back minutes later in the guise of helping and asked to see one of our IDs to get the process started on picking up our rings. No one else was asked to present their ID in line but us. Why is that? It left us feeling uneasy and his previous aggressive manner was off putting. He also kept double/triple checking our rings in the envelope as if the sets simple couldn’t be ours before finally handing them over to the associate who was supposed to be helping us. We tried to be courteous but this is simply unacceptable and has dimmed our view of Shane Co.

Don't Buy From Here!They will straight lie to your face, and nickel and dime you for everything they can.Spent thousands here and was told we could come back and get the engravings done for free once we decided what to put in them.Came back 2 weeks after purchasing and proposing, and was told it would be $60 per ring for engraving them....after I was told the day of purchase it would be free.Also told to come back after the proposal for a celebration and complementary glass of champagne...another lie. When I showed the card they put in the bag with the purchase stating this they just looked at me like I was crazy.They just care about the initial purchase, will lie about anything to make the sale. Then deny anything else and try to charge you for it......

My husband and I had the best experience picking out our rings with Shane Co off of Ernest Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw, GA. When we put our ring together, they did an excellent job explaining all of the details of the diamond, their benefits and warranties, and they had an excellent selection. The free ring cleaning has been convenient, and we would definitely go back for other jewelry.

Went in to get my ring fixed as well as purchase another item and sadly experienced very poor customer service. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident however that is not the case. I’m not sure if this location is short-staffed but whatever the issue is, the ability to focus on one customer at a time is very lost here. What should have taken 20 minutes far exceeded that and left us without a resolution to the problem. In notifying what appeared to be a manager that we would leave and go elsewhere, he simply said ok as did another employee. It’s evident that the poor customer service stems from the top down and they do not value their customers.

I experienced wonderful customer service each time I visited. Tessa (and all that I came in contact with) was wonderful about understanding my concerns and making sure that the anniversary band I purchased for my husband was absolutely perfect. After the 3rd try the ring was made to perfection! Thank you Tessa for your patience with me!!?

We had an awesome experience with Shane Co. A huge shout to Jackie who helped me find my dream engagement ring band. A big thank you to Steven the sales manager who was so kind and took his time to explain everything I wanted to know and more. I truly recommend going to this Shane Co. If you don't really know anything about engagement rings or diamonds Shane Co takes the time to help you and are very patient. Thank you Shane Co!!!

We were so impressed and pleased with our experience! The first associate that helped us, Angelique, was wonderful! She showed us so many things, and we chose the first set she showed us. It was like she k ew exactly what I’d love. Then Cheryl came and finished up with us, and she was incredible! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us get everything just the way we wanted. She helped me feel confident that my diamond from my original set of rings was safe and secure with them. We are both so happy with the beautiful new setting for my original diamond and the matching band. We couldn’t be more pleased! Shane was great!

We usually do not look to find negatives about any person, or any company. However, my husband and I visited the Kennesaw store to have a diamond remounted. We were waited on by a salesperson whose name we forgot to get, nor do we remember her introducing herself. She helped us to view a couple of wedding sets that had been ordered from another location. However, we were not pleased with the items, so the salesperson started showing us other possible options. Still, we were not finding any rings that we liked. Then, suddenly the salesperson, a middle aged short lady with long blond hair, brought another salesperson over to take care of us, and stated that they were a team. Yet she walked away from us and never returned. We were not sure why she couldn't finish assisting us. We merely wanted to take our time to choose something that we liked. We were insulted that someone would do something like this. It seems that the initial salesperson no longer wanted to help us, since she asked the other salesperson, who happened to be black also, named Tiffany, to help us instead. Also, for the entire time that we were viewing rings, there was always at least two other sales persons pacing back and forth near us and constantly watching us. Finally, we decided to just leave. We are an elderly black couple who are well prepared to purchase a ring when we find the right fit, because we want to get the ring remounted as soon as possible. No one should have to go through this type of treatment at any time. We will not be returning there to do business. There are many other jewelers that we can do business with.

Back in November my husband and I purchased a necklace with a diamond pendant. The chain broke a couple of weeks ago so I went to Shane Co and they fixed it no problem.Yesterday morning I wore necklace to work, and again it broke. I went back to Shane Co, not very happy that the chain had broken again. Thankfully Eryn was there to save the day!!! She was very informative, extremely pleasant and an all around fantastic person to have help me. Problem solved, and I left as a happy customer who will return again in the future.Kudos to you for great customer service!!!

I came in not knowing anything about rings, marriage, diamonds, etc. But thanks to Eryn & David, I know a ton. Those two were amazing! I will be back to shop with them soon. & the store is beautiful! Everybody that works there had great customer service. 10/10. Shane Co. is the ish!
