I made an appointment to get my makeup done for a first date here. It was going okay however at the very end the makeup artist “mistakenly” sprayed my face with makeup remover instead of setting spray. I was already running behind because she was talking so much during the appointment I didn’t have time to let her fix it. And they still charged me. Don’t get your makeup done here!!

Don’t book any appointments here. They’ll book you an appointment but won’t schedule someone to do it so they cancel. It has happened two weeks in a row now even after confirming appointments.

During a recent visit to Sephora with my college friends, we dropped in post-class to take advantage of the Sephora sale. From the moment we entered, we felt uncomfortably watched, with multiple staff members hovering nearby as we browsed. Despite none of us carrying bags or wearing face coverings that might justify suspicion, we felt profiled. It's disheartening to experience this at a store we frequent enough to hold Rouge status. What's more concerning is that, while they were preoccupied monitoring us, theft occurred unnoticed. Sephora should prioritize better training on customer relations and profiling. If you appreciate being treated like a potential thief, this is the place for you.

Kiersten or Kristen (long black hair) is the absolute definition of stellar 5 star customer service. I have been coming to this location for years, and no matter how long it’s been (months), I will walk in and she will still remember things about me I told her so long ago. Always gives amazing recommendations and balances her attention between customers perfectly. Extraordinary employee who deserves to be recognized!

This review is to spotlight Amber and Cheyenne. Amber is very passionate in her leadership role. She is very professionalyet personable. She speaks highly of her staff that exude positive vibes. She is willing helpful and a joy of fun every visit.Cheyenne, perfect match my foundation and gave an unforgettable experience. She was very invested in making sure I was happy. She also introduced me to my facial cleansing routine that has truly worked wonders on my face.The experience at this location is the best that we pass a Sephora located by our side to come to this location for the experience and great products.Happy Forever Returning Customer!

You would think this store would be all about helping a single male walking into their location knowing that he's probably looking for a particular gift or item. I walked in looking to purchase a bottle of Chanel Coco and could not get a single employee to assist me so I left and went to Macy's to buy it there.
