The technician was great, but your call center customer service was terrible. A part was needed for my repair, tech said would come direct in just a couple of days. Re-appointment made for 8 business days later to finish repair. I call the call center the Wed before our appt, they say the part has not shipped and they will expedite. Then I call the Friday before, I get the exact same answer, has not shipped, they will expedite. The part shows up the next day, I call to tell them it is here but before I can, I get an automated message telling me my part has not shipped yet....what a mess.

Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Saw all damage. This leak caused. We took photos. Floor damaged for third time. He explained. Then repaired. Floor is pretty bad. Bucked up and severely damaged. But dishwasher is running. Isaiah was great. We can’t figure out why it hasn’t been replaced. Thus us the third major leak in two years.

The technician, Shane C, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He was very condescending, and went outside for over an hour and I thought he had left. No communication as to what he was doing...just gone. When he was preparing to leave, he stated that he needed to order parts. Now, our washer was leaking, but still usable prior to the Sears tech arriving. I asked him if he was putting our washer back together so we could continue to use it while we waited on parts. He stated, " I Always do!". He was extremely snarky in his reply. Well, today I went to wash a load and guess what? Good old Shane DID NOT put it back together, and I am now without a washer. SHAME ON YOU SHANE C!!
SEARS...DO NOT SEND THIS MAN OUT IN PUBLIC TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!! He is not friendly, extremely rude, and I will no longer be using you for any further repairs!
Ps...he DID NOT CLEAN UP HIS MESS! Left his trash on my floor!!

Totally professional and just a great guy! Solved our problem, and even discussed what likely caused our leak. He certainly represents a high quality Sears repairman.

My fridge (dent in front) and wood around my fridge was damaged during a fix today (09/16) through Choice home warranty - Sears rep assigned. I should not incur damages for a fix. I have before and after pictures. I would be glad to change review upon resolution (fixing or replacing) of property. Thank you. Choice has expedited this to the Sears dept.
